Loved the comfy bed, kids and I had blast in the pool and the kids made friends while there.

I thought we were gunna be getting a bigger room like we did a few years ago, but we didn't. What we got a few years ago was like a little studio room, so it was crowded in our room with all 6 of us, but we made it work. Also I asked for accommodations for handicap room/bathroom and wasn't given.

Location was great and the view of bay and bridge was nice. Megan at check in was exceptional! Professional, friendly and efficient

Hot tub was out of service for repairs

The hot tub was not working, we choose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub, and we were disappointed that it was not working. Would have been nice if we were warned when we booked the room.
