No fan in the bathroom!

perfect location for the beach, lots of amenities in the lobby area (lawn chairs, firewood, movies,etc). our room was clean

our room was an ocean view but HOT. I’m unsure if there’s air conditioning because nothing kicked on even after adjusting the thermostat. our room was too almost too uncomfortable for us to sleep. we had to open the windows. for the price I was hoping to be more comfortable. otherwise everything else was good!

The patio area next to the promenade was sheltered and perfect for people watching and admiring the view! We had two connecting rooms which was so convenient!

The insulation between rooms was pretty much non existent so we had to closely monitor tv sound levels etc to not disturb the rest of our party in the adjoining room.

Friendly, attentive staff

Roomy option for a room that is beach-side in Seaside Oregon. Room was clean and seemed pretty well kept, nothing in disrepair. I did not use the pool or anything,but if you are bringing kids, they have an indoor pool available.

The bed might be in need of a new mattress. It was alright, but not "excellent"....just "good enough". No air conditioning, but a fan in the room, and you can open a window for some fresh air to cool off in the evenings. They are pet friendly, which I am fine with, but unfortunately my neighbors had a dog that barked a fair bit between midnight and 2:00 AM. That was my biggest negative...not eh pats, just the specific case of barking next door to my room, which was very loud.

Very clean rooms, no “odor” like a lot of oceanfront properties. Very pleasant experience! The 24-hr staff rotation was great. The proximity to the beach is perfect. The staff texted after our first evening to ensure we’re happy and offered assistance if needed. The pool was heated and clean, sauna and hot tub were all excellent. They rented DVD’s at no charge and no sign up needed, total honor system. They loaned beach chairs at no charge. They sold bundles of firewood at low cost. Continental breakfast was included in the price of the booking. The outdoor seating that has a glass enclosure was never crowded and such a positive, lovely experience. They also offer 10% off for returning guests. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back again! We found our go-to Seaside stay!

The shower could’ve been a bit bigger, but it wasn’t bad. The couch was not comfortable to lounge in. Old, cushions not great. There was only 2 towels for a 2-person, 2-night stay. We could’ve asked for more, but it would be nice to have 1 set (per couple) for each night of the stay, so total of 4. There was only 1 wash cloth. Towels were also not “plush” but it was okay.

It has great access to the beach. They have camp chairs available for you to check out and take to the beach, as well as games and movies to use during your stay.

The clerk who greeted me (Sam, I think!) was very friendly and personable. The other staff were friendly also. Was supposed to have a nonview room; but, surprisingly, had a view anyway! Very nice. Was gauging whether wanted to spend more time in the area later, and the view did help with that question. And breakfast was good. Not as much as some places, but good variety.

Can't think of anything. You can't control noise from folks on the street!!

Nice breakfast selection. French toast was delicious. Coffee all day, and coffee in the rooms. Water cooler in the lobby. Large selection of DVDs. Very comfy beds and pillows. My non-view room was on the side, and actually had a very nice view! The shower was so amazing I took three showers. Right on the prom, less than a quarter mile from the arcade. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They kept breakfast out late for us, and I heard another person check in to their room hours early.

I wish there was a light switch inside the door to the room. Came back in the dark, hadn't left any lights on, and had to use cell phone flashlights to figure out where the heck the lights were.
