No fan in the bathroom!

perfect location for the beach, lots of amenities in the lobby area (lawn chairs, firewood, movies,etc). our room was clean

our room was an ocean view but HOT. I’m unsure if there’s air conditioning because nothing kicked on even after adjusting the thermostat. our room was too almost too uncomfortable for us to sleep. we had to open the windows. for the price I was hoping to be more comfortable. otherwise everything else was good!

The patio area next to the promenade was sheltered and perfect for people watching and admiring the view! We had two connecting rooms which was so convenient!

The insulation between rooms was pretty much non existent so we had to closely monitor tv sound levels etc to not disturb the rest of our party in the adjoining room.

It has great access to the beach. They have camp chairs available for you to check out and take to the beach, as well as games and movies to use during your stay.

Nice breakfast selection. French toast was delicious. Coffee all day, and coffee in the rooms. Water cooler in the lobby. Large selection of DVDs. Very comfy beds and pillows. My non-view room was on the side, and actually had a very nice view! The shower was so amazing I took three showers. Right on the prom, less than a quarter mile from the arcade. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They kept breakfast out late for us, and I heard another person check in to their room hours early.

I wish there was a light switch inside the door to the room. Came back in the dark, hadn't left any lights on, and had to use cell phone flashlights to figure out where the heck the lights were.

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Reminded me of local hotels from my childhood. They had a whole corner of things to borrow including DVD’s, books, sand toys and beach chairs for any guest to use. Complimentary breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach was a nice touch. They aren’t trying to nickel and dime you, just trying to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and arcades. Our family will definitely stay here again in the future.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel! It is right on the beach, has a swing set for the kids, you can have a bon fire at night and there was even a man teaching people how to build sandcastles. There is an aquarium about 100 yards from the hotel. It has an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. A laundry room and it is within walking distance to everything. The room is beautifully decorated and functional, with a fridge and microwave. It was the best place on our whole trip. I will definitely be going back!

Only continental breakfast.

While small the room was exceptionally clean. It was also nice that the windows had screens because, being on the 3rd floor with no AC we needed to leave the windows open. The location was excellent and the staff was wonderful. All in all it was a nice stay! A big thank you to the staff!

There were only a couple of down sides. The bed was not large enough for 2 people comfortably. A queen rather than a full bet would have been nicer. Tho it may have been too big for the room. Also, AC would have been nice, since as we had to keep the windows open because of the heat, the sounds of the bums rummaging through the dumpsters was quite loud, as was the sound of the garbage trucks doing their pickups of said dumpsters at 5am in the morning.
