Very happy with the choice after looking at several options. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best sleep during our travels. Staff was super helpful, providing excellent service. Got great recommendation for dinner options nearby. Appreciated airport cortesy shuttle and the drop-off to the Mall. Was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the township area.

The only negative side we noticed was using plastic/single use cutlery, cups and plates for breakfast. We think more sustainable options could be used to reduce the environmental waste.

Shuttle to the airport was nice, complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and the beds were quite comfortable.

The shower head wasn't fixed which was a learning experience for someone that has never showered like that. I would also say that I wish the shuttles were more frequent but it makes sense when you consider that the bus has to cross a toll every time

Comfortable hotel at reasonable price close to DFW airport. I was able to walk around grapevine township but also there is a curtesy drop off service within a small radius of the hotel. Murshada was helpful and kind during my check in and check out. It was the perfect place to stay between flights. Bed was also super comfortable!!! Free coffee bar 24 hours.

The location was so close to the convention center! Plus, it was close to great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle that can take you to most places within a 3-mile radius and provide transportation to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, they were doing renovations, so the pool was closed.

very comfy beds, feel clean and well made, the room also seems clean. Bathroom is also clean and has everything you need. All in all, its a place that has everything you will need for a short stay

Location not too good for me. Its around 20-35 minute drive to the places we were planning to visit.

Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable beds and lots of good towels. Good size rooms for the value. Very friendly staff and nice to have breakfast included.

Lots of noise from the floor above while we tried to sleep - we heard footsteps which is common, but also the floor kept squeaking. And the curtains don't cover up all the outside light, I wish they were longer to let the room be darker.

Excellent location, walkable to Grapevine's Main St. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, more than any recent hotels I've stayed in, even more expensive ones. Nice room, what you may expect but very clean and well appointed. I even had a staff member come to my room shortly after check-in to make sure all was good......can't remember the last time if at all that ever happened! I would stay again without hesitation.

It was convenient located near the Convention Center at the Gaylord. It was very clean and had a great vibe. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, accommodating and caring.

We had a short stay in the US as we were travelling to another destination in America. Friendly personnel and a nice atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast was true American. Nice restaurants are just around the corner.

You need to be aware that the airport shuttle service ends at 18:00. We had to pay a cap of around 20 USD plus tip for the to the hotel. We were not aware of this when booking through Booking.com and would have liked to know.

The room Was clean and comfortable. There were lots of high quality toiletries including conditioner, shampoo, body wash, face soap and lotion. Nice pillows and comfortable bed.

I can’t eat gluten so no bagel breakfast for me but they had yogurt and OJ.
