The price of the room was great, we drove over 5 hours with no AC in the car and were hot and miserable when we got there, so when we got in the room we turned the AC all the way down and it got cold fast. It is conveniently located for the events planned. Most of the staff were kind and friendly. Comfortable beds.

Quincy was at the desk when we checked in and was on the phone, he was very unprofessional in his manner. I'm a smoker and I was very disappointed that there were no benches outside to sit on to smoke, no ashtray. There was only decaf coffee in my room and there was no sugar at the breakfast area for coffee. The breakfast options were very limited as well.

The receptionist was amazing they were always helpful. We had to leave early due to weather conditions and they went ahead and gave me a refund for the day we didn’t used they understood the circumstances this place my new place to go when we go back to Texas. I recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. I saw the bad reviews at first and gave them a chance and must say reviews are not always honest if you are looking for a place to stay this is the place don’t look no more.

Having to leave early due to bad weather

The room was big and spacious. Loved free parking. The pool looked opened but no one was ever there. Location was decent we were about 20 to 30 min from the happenings. The front desk ladies AK & Taye were awesome very friendly assisted us in every way to make our stay great. They changed us out of 1st room because the curtains were torn down, the 2nd room much better only the couch was severely stained and torn but we never used it so.. We definitely would stay again.

The housekeeping, well 1st when they entered they only took a few towels each time not replacing them we'd have to go to desk to get as well as toiletries. They only replaced coffee 1x and only changed our pillow cases never the sheets. We had our own cleaning supplies and lysol we basically cleaned our own room. They would open our curtains which in my opinion due to people's personal items they should never do. As you can see directly in the bottom rooms. Please check your furniture ours was stained and couch had rips at base of couch where you could see cushion. The couch needs cleaned otherwise ok.

There was a lot of litter around the courtyard outside and in the field beyond the view of the hotel windows. You could tell no one had worked the yard or the area outside the gate in view of the hotel windows to clean up in a long time. The remote was broken but the front desk gave me theirs. Still need a replacement as the back battery cover was missing. They didn't have spares at the desk.

the man that worked in the after noon was fantastic, did everything to make my stay as good as possible including offering to switch me rooms with no questions asked because of an issue

The man working morning shift was not understanding and would continue trying to get us to pay cash and then when I re reserved for another few days he caused issuesI had the check 3 separate rooms because 2 of them were not ready like stated

There was quite a bit of trash in view of the hotel just outside the gate in the field and some within the fence. The grounds needed some weeding and trash pickup. Beyond the property boundary, be careful going out at night. A lot of vagrancy across the surrounding area. Water pressure was a bit too low on the bathroom sink.

The staff was courteous and polite and answered the few questions that I had. The room met expectations, and it was quiet, with little to no noise. The bed was nice and the pillows were comfy. I didn't have a problem getting a good night's sleep.

Their room almost got a perfect score from me, but the water pressure in the sink bathroom was very poor. The shower pressure was fine, but the sink in there had almost no pressure, and very little water came out.

Staff was friendly. Location was easy to access. AC was in excellent condition, cooled the room fairly quickly, the bed was comfortable. Spacious room. Newly remodeled.

Room was not completely clean. There was food left In the fridge from the previous occupant. The fridge was not cooling properly. The shower had a few hairs before we used it the first time and there were popcorn kernels on the floor. Not DIRTY, but not completely clean.

Hotel was so crisp and clean!! I'm talking clean sheets and comfy beds. It was also very peaceful and quiet. We arrived late so we were ready to relax and unwind. Breakfast was actually hot food and not just cereal and muffins, which was a plus!! I would definitely book again.

The deposit was not reasonable for just one night.

Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was delicious simpke ,hot and plenty. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is away from the noise of busy streets while still being close to a stores and restuarants.

The water pressure from the bathroom sink was low.
