I love everything, cleanliness and hospitality.

Every was perfect, except that we forgot lots of food in the fridge, I called them immediately and pleaded with the to keep everything for me that I will return after the service to pick up my stuff, the receptionist did not relate my message to the house keeper and they trashed all my food items. This action was so disappointing because I placed a call through and I drove over 40 minutes to pick up my stuff and another 50mins back home. I hate this action, because if I did not call, you will be justified, but it is not an offense that I forgot items and I wanted to come back for it.

The room is a bit tired but the staff tried to keep it as clean as possible, and towels were replaced daily. Secured car park with gate, plenty of space. Overall good value for money.

Breakfast was sad and rather on the minus side. Eggs are dry and not eatable. The hotel is tired, and you can see that. The pool is closed for good.

Great night stay! If you’re looking for something cost efficient but still good, then this is your place. Not too bad for the price.

I wish the business would invest more on the cleanliness of the seating in the room. Kind of had a bad odor so I stayed in the bed.

Friendly staff, and always good rooms at great prices. I enjoy the stay here so far there is nothing wrong with this room that I got today.

The breakfast is usually too early in the morning. And it’s always the same oatmeal and toast. I never see anything else that I can get there and there should be at least cereal or something else offered for people who do not like oatmeal. And also, there should be like drinks choices such as Orange juice or milk. Not everyone drinks coffee.

The pool was closed. The work out room was under construction.

Room overall better than I expected. Nice breakfast. The hotel looks old but its okey for the rate and the beds (most important part) were good!

WiFi not so much, steps noise from above.

The hotel offers free breakfast, but there is no food. They have only coffee, water and wheat bread.

It was a good location for the things and places we visited. 20 mins to Toyota Center, shopping mall etc.. Resturant next door food was good. A variety of fast food restaurants in area. Like the fact of a gated parking lot at hotel. The continental breakfast was good as well.

The pool was not available for use. Even though parking lot was gated back door into building was never locked actually think door was broken, it had electrical tape wrapped around the handle. Location overall needs some TLC but it's still stayable.

Large room that classify as a suite. Breakfast was not bad. Freeway going straight to downtown or exit Houston area.

Juice machine was not working. Swimming Pool was closed. Bad Luck.

Almost everything was perfect.

Sofa, armchair and table should be cleaned, erase the stains on them. It is the first thing you see at arrive to the room. Lack of supervision or action. As I said, rest of the room, perfect.
