The Staybridge is our go-to hotel when were in Cheyenne. We love the suite layout of the rooms and being able to close the bedroom off from the living room. The kitchen area is very nice though we don't cook. We do like the kitchen island to put stuff on and eat at. We also love the spacious yard out back and the firepit. This is the "jewel" of this hotel. It seems that they put out a few more tables and chairs. The breakfast is also very good. Great French toast and bacon. The hotel has nice desk people and is always clean. Love the real pillows for the bed and not those little square things you get at other places. I do appreciate the water pressure in the shower, and the small ledge towards the bottom of one shower wall so you can put your foot on it and shave your legs. lol There is a higher shelf to set things on. AC worked great. The location is fantastic, away from the highways, but just north of the street where everything you could want as far as food and shopping is concerned. It is right next to their mall.

The only thing we don't care for in the room is that the bathroom is on the side of the bedroom and though you can close the door to the toilet and shower, the sink is in the open. The light/noise from this area affects whoever is trying to sleep in the bed. There is no way to close it off. Even a curtain to block out light would be appreciated. Also, in the sink area, the pump bottle for hand soap is mounted on the wall farthest from the sink. I don't understand that. And the electrical outlet by the sink/vanity has an obnoxious, bright night-light that doesn't seem to able to be turned off. I had to cover it with towels to be able to sleep. The only other thing I don't like is that the hotel is on the expensive side.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff go above and beyond. We were using a room off the breakfast area for work and each morning the breakfast ladies would make sure we had everything we needed for our day and made sure the room was clean.

One of our rooms had drapes that would not stay shut so she had to use tape to keep them shut. She told the management and they tried to fix the drapes but they never would stay fully shut. Also there was a smoke smell on the first floor room we had.

Really friendly staff from reception, to housekeeping and general manager. Helpful and able to advise about the local area. Facilities are great with gym, indoor pool, laundry and lovely courtyard to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast was good and the lady overseeing breakfast friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a queen suite. Bathroom modern and good shower.

Noisy air conditioning even when turned off, fresh air blows through the unit to keep the rooms smelling fresh. Staff were able to turn this feature off so much quieter.

Excellent experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were plenty and the facilities were so well maintained. They even had a lounge area inside had plenty of board games for the kids. A nice hangout area in the back with beautiful lighting and a fire pit. On site laundry, our room was amazing. It fit my family perfectly. We even got a full kitchen which is a must have when traveling with kids. A full size fridge with dishwasher. Sofa bed. Lounge chair. Then the pantry that's open 24hrs with lots of options. My family is very lucky for breakfast but at this hotel they had a very generous selection of fresh food! Everyone was able to get a good heaping portion. Plenty of open seating. We were so thrilled with our stay we absolutely recommend it here and will be back.

This hotel served the best breakfast I have ever experienced. Simply amazing! The location was really convenient. My wife walked to shopping, and getting a bite and eating in the courtyard was simple and pleasant. The room layout was brilliant, and the kitchenette was great.

This wasn't the perfect stay for one simple reason: the swimming pool was absolutely disgusting. If one put their hand in the water, took it out, and smelled it, it smelled of human feces. It's like the pool water has never been drained pool cleaned and refilled. I own a larger pool and have kids in it all the time. If ever my pool was so gross, I would drain it and apologize to the kids' parents for bathing their children in chlorine and fecal matter.

A great sized room with comfy bed, seating area & kitchenette, which provided us with eating options. There is no on site restaurant for evening meals, but the location is great with a number of good choices very close by. Having a FREE laundrette was a huge bonus as we were on a road trip & needed to wash clothes regularly. Staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly for dining options.

Seating area in the bedroom wasn't too comfortable, probably due to the fact that it is a sofa bed. The toilet paper could be thicker!!!

The hotel was welcoming and felt like a home away from home. All staff were kind and helpful. Housekeeping does an amazing job! The breakfasts and dinners provided were delicious and very convenient. We enjoyed eating the meals in the courtyard each day. The hotel is pet friendly and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the complimentary laundry facility. Everything we needed in the kitchenette was provided as well.

We like the cleanliness and friendly staff. My request for extra pillows and towels were in the room. The backyard is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in front of the fire pit. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies. The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the control for A/C and heat. The kitchen is nice. It's great to have a fridge and microwave. Love the free wifi.

I found it odd that the hand soap is fastened to the wall about a foot from the sink. That was inconvenient. The sinks are very high. I'm short and can hardly lean over the sink. There isn't anything anyone can do about this, but I don't like that the bathroom area is open and right next to the bed, Though there is a door to close off the toilet and shower, the light from the sink area is right in your face if you're in bed. There was only one luggage rack. It would have been nice to have 2. TV could have more channels, but it did have movie channels.

Unusually nice pool (large, comfortable temperature), solid exercise facilities, lovely courtyard, comfortable bed. Honestly the room was almost too nice for a quick 1 night stay (very spacious + kitchenette.) Friendly and welcoming desk staff. Business center actually came in handy.

Price was a bit high for me. I don't know know Cheyenne well but the location felt a touch inconvenient. Was a bit of a winding/twisty path to get anywhere. Not terrible (10-15 min by car) but not ideal. Little pet peeve: increasingly common thing where the TV is weirdly offset from the bed in a way that you can't watch TV there. Didn't come up for me on this trip since we weren't there long but I've been annoyed by that layout in other stays.

The location was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. Check-in and checkout were very easy and staff were all very kind. Our room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good and someone was going through keeping the area clean and stocked the entire time we were eating. We would stay again!
