Great location and room was a great size. Easy to find the room. Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast was nice not just muffins and toast and cereal. Nice pool outside. Nice property. Close to lots of things to do

Got a king room with hot tub, it was a jetted tub not as big as hoped for but still nice. No elevator made lots of trips. Had registered for 3 adults for two days and only got 2 towels asked for one more the first night was given not a bath towel very small as all adults kind of uncomfortable. We had the room cleaned and hoped for a third towel but again didn’t get one so that was not ideal.

I love the location. I can walk to a few different restaurants. It's easy to get to the main streets. The staff is great, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast is great and consistent. Hope is fantastic. Always clean and generally pretty quiet. If I need additional appliances (handicap) they readily provide them for me.

The uneven floors. Possibly offer goodies to buy for those of us who forget (candy, popcorn, pop, microwave foods).

The room was big and spacious. Very nice for the price we paid. King size bed and pull out couch and still plenty of room for our stuff as we had been traveling from MN for a wedding. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was food to fill the void. Facility is a bit dated, but the pool was nice and big, hot tub is hot and the pool wasn't too cold, for being outside.

Carpet in our room has seen better days, but it was a clean as it could be for the age it looked. Breakfast was not what I was expecting. Mini fridge that held the milk and juice as well as the condiments for bagels and toast didn't even feel on.

Since my return to the U.S. in 2019 this is the 1st time, staying in a hotel, wherein the Staff, across the board, made me & my family feel that we were actually valued, as guests. Receptionist were very friendly & attentive, housekeeping actually visited our room (This hasn't happened in YEARS); &, the lady who managed the morning breakfast is phenomenal; in her service to hotel guests: I was extremely impressed. The lobby presentation was beautiful; &, the facilities were kept very clean.. We found the hotel to be very conveniently located; wherein shopping & dining provisions are concerned.

Zero downside.

The room is nice, clean, nice smell in the room. Breakfast is standard, nothing special, but that's expected. We like staying in this chain of hotels. They have a great location when you are on the road and need to stop for the night. And the rooms are just great for the price.

I don't like breakfast without vegetables, not enough variety, but it's standard for hotels. But these are my personal preferences. In general, there are no minuses.

Everything was clean, our room was big, bed was comfy, and it was reasonably priced. About an hour away from the gorge amphitheater which is good given the location. Also central to everything in Wenatchee.

We booked a room that came with a jetted tub which I was super excited for, but unfortunately the plug was broken or malfunctioning for it and I couldn’t even get the tub to fill up high enough to use the jets. It sucked paying extra to not even get to use it. Also, I’m not going to lie the looks on the outside of the property / parking lot I was a little nervous about staying here. The inside of the hotel looked great though and changed my mind. We just made sure to not leave anything valuable in the car.

Staff was very friendly and always eager to help with any request. Breakfast was good; a variety of choices for most diets. Room was very nice for the age of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and service made up each day. We liked that it was not a mega hotel and we had 20-25 friends staying at the same hotel for a convention and we all could meet in the lobby living space for conversations. It was a very inviting and comfortable hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Check in was easy.

They other guests were loud. Letting their children run up and down the halls well past quiet hrs. Stomping around. (Will not choose 1st floor again) talking loudly in the hallways in large groups. The hotel should post quiet times and remind all guests (especially large groups). More blankets, the heating/cooling system was terrible

The guy at the front counter didn’t care for after I asked about my stuff that got thrown away last time all he said was don’t put it buy the garbage cans, when I didn’t he has a attitude about himself didn’t care for it, so won’t be staying they’re anymore

We liked the room, the included hot breakfast, and the amazing affordable rates!

We didn’t like how small the bathroom was, and how the door was positioned to where you couldn’t open it with someone in there. The toilet didn’t flush very well, maybe a plumbing issue? Also the road noise was quite loud.
