Check in was easy, locatin was perfect. 3 train stops to Amsterdam and 3 train stops to Schiphol, train station was very close to the hotel, hence to travel to another city or country by train wont be a hassle. Alot of good eating places with different cuisines, supermakert and shops literally at your door step! Room was very clean with a wonderful view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great. We booked deluxe and standard room. Deluxe was abit bigger, easy to move around when in the room. Standard was small but still descent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to come back! Thanks easyHotel!

Hotel mentiend beforehand that to keep the low rate, they reduce the number of room cleaning, so it was once only during our stay. We stayed for 6 days. So we already anticipated that and was alright with it. We just mentioend it here so people will know as well. Check in time was 3pm, and ti check in early there was a fee. We opted out. But we wish we could leave our luggages at the hotel first, yet to do that we need to pay €5 per luggage.. So we wish they would just allow guest to drop their bags off without paying, hence no hassle exploring the city and dragging the luggages at the same time. However, this was also informed to us beforehand, so we could anticipate and decide early on. Quite fair. So still, we highly recommend easyHotel for your stay in the Netherlands!

Easy location for public transport, plenty options for food and shopping very nearby, all accessible by ramps, escalators / lifts and reasonably level pavements. Ideal for elderly or less abled customers. Helpful front desk staff 24/7 and luggage storage facility in lobby for 5 Euros per locker per day - ideal for leaving baggage safely after check-out and collecting when you wish to travel later in the day. A bonus is the great view of Zaandam (particularly at night) as the hotel is on high floors in a shared office building.

Absolutely nothing! Zaandam is a great base location when I'm at A'dam RAI or just visiting friends.

Property was exactly as described. It’s basic without the frills (no kettle, fridge etc in room), but that’s reflected in the excellent price. Room and bathroom were small but clean and exactly what I needed. Bed was super comfortable. Staff friendly and always available. There’s cafes, supermarket, and shops located all around the hotel, and the hotel is minutes from Zaandam train station so you’re in the centre of Amsterdam in 15 minutes on the train.

Zaandam is a nice place to stay avoiding the bustle of the big city but still within proximity to it. It only takes 10 min by train to get to Amsterdam central station. There are nice shops around a super market across the street. The hotel itself is ideally located in a quiet area. The staff is super efficient and supportive. Bed and pillows were perfect.

The rooms are really compact making it hard to move even around the bed. There is no storage actually only 4 hangers on a rack but no drawers etc so we had to keep our clothes in our luggage for all 4 nights we stayed there. The bathroom was large enough compared to the rest of the room. There was no blow-dryer in the room you had to ask one and return it later. No fridge either. Overall the price was quite higher than what it should be according to the hotels facilities and location.

The staff was SO nice, Lloyd was amazing and we were lucky to have him help us during check in and checkout. The area is ADORABLE and amsterdam is very accessible via metro. We loved our stay and would definetly recomend to friends. It is important to note that this is a value for money type of acommodantion, so dont expect any luxuriesm that being said the proporty is very clean and functional, near stores and public trasnport.

The wifi didnt work well on my phone in the room, but not all guests on the group had the same issue.

Hotel is great in multiple ways. Located just few minutes walk from the train station. From Amsterdam Centraal to Zaandam, train is about 10-15 minutes. So it feels like you are staying in Amsterdam Centraal in terms of transportation. And there's literally every shop, just outside the hotel. Just opposite the hotel entrance there's a big supermarket, where you can find everyting. Including tea/coffee, which is 1€. Area is very safe and welcoming, and silent at night. Rooms are neat, lots of electric plugs and USB ports. Bed was comfy, toilets are useful. Room cleaning price is 20€ There are 6-8 elevators and building is never busy. So you can quickly reach to your room. 2 Tips -There's a free water fountain, close to train station. While walking to station, look to your right. -I remember last train from Amsterdam Centraal -> Zaandam was before 00:30 (Not sure, please check yourself). If you miss that train, you can take the M52 Metro to Noord direction for one stop. You get off the train at Noorderpark. Just outside, there is a bus station. There, you take bus 394, which goes to Zaandam Station.

You can't open the windows, so it's a little hard to ventilate the rooms. It would be great to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Shout out to Lloyd! Management needs to give him a raise! Went to Amsterdam for New Years 2023 and booked this room because there wasnt anything closer to the centrum. I was blown away by the receptionist, Lloyd. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and exceeded all expectations! Very nice and professional. The hotel is near a train station (5 minute walk) that can easily take you to Amsterdam centrum. Nice views of the city from the room as well. Near a McDonald's and Primemark and other shopping opportunities.

The TVs were very small on a wall so big in the room. The hotel itself was difficult to find...they need more signage with arrows. I had to put on my Indiana Jones hat to find it. There was nothing indicating that the hotel was on the second floor of the complex.

Very near to Zaandam train station. 2 mins walk from Zaandam. Beautiful location. The rooms had enough space for 2 single beds and a child bed. The view is very good. The receptionist who was present in the morning was very kind and helpful. He gave us free luggage storage even though it was chargeable and helped us with storing the luggage.

The Staff during check in (during 11.30pm) was very rude and did not even smile. She didn't share the wifi password. We had to spend the entire night without access to the internet.

It’s very near the station and near great food, there is a excellent pancake restaurant about 500m away which I can recommend

Had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Right next to the train so super easy to get into the centre of Amsterdam. Very clean location inside and out.

There was some kind of banging outside our window from the wind which would keep us up. There were people yelling in the hall as a joke at 6am. People in the next room kept on trying to open the interconnecting door. Hotel staff to maybe let guests know that you can’t open the interconnecting doors and that it is very loud for other costs in the next room.
