The hotel is conveniently located to transport links into the city and beyond. The staff were friendly and resolved a couple of minor issues we encountered during our stay. In the foyer there is a convenient facility to purchase last minute items e.g. toiletries, snacks and hot/cold drinks.

Having stayed at other Radisson hotels previously I was surprised by the furnishing of the room. The bed was comfortable enough but the rest of the furnishings were hard surface and not inviting you to sit for too long, more suited to a wipe clean environment.

Very good. Price/night could be a little lower seen the location outside city center.

In my opinion. You need more staff at reception and get rid of the computers self check in. The human presence is crucial in a hotel. A human gives u a welcoming feeling, like home. A computer cannot do that.

The pillows were appalling, the double bed wasn’t a proper double bed it was two singles and we kept falling into the middle. The mirrors on the wardrobe door were dirty. We stayed 3 nights and our room wasnt cleaned once

beautiful location and building is amazing. 1 guy that deserves a bonus is a black guy who does the night shift. he’s the absolute best worker and I’m 100% coming back to this hotel hoping that he is there! top top service from him and he understands what it means to give great customer service!

staff was all great apart from one person. I didn’t manage to get her name but an older white lady was very rude to my friend. we all paid for a double bed and 2 of got a double but one just got 2 singles. and when my friend asked if she can be moved, this lady was very very rude for no reason. she deserves to be sacked immediately! she seemed very bitter for no reason

Right near Sloterdijk station, and only takes 5-10 mins into Amsterdam Centraal. Rooms were really nice and comfortable and had everything we needed, the bathroom was also very nice. Check in was easy. Overall it was really good value for money in Amsterdam if you’re happy to get the train into the centre.

We left our bags at reception after check out, when we came to collect our bags there was a really long queue at reception, and no one free to help with the luggage room and we weren’t allowed in ourselves, took nearly 15 mins to get our bags which isn’t ideal if you were in a rush for train to the airport etc.

Location excellent. Close to public transport - buses, trains and trams - so great for travellers. Easy access to the airport too! Everything where you needed it to be.

Location was ideal, multiple trams, trains and buses that get you into the centre of Amsterdam in minutes. Also there is a direct line to the airport which only takes 20 minutes. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very were comfortable beds. Staff were also quite friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be that check-in/out is done on machines, so you do the whole process yourself, key cards, etc, which I didn't like. I prefer to deal with a human. Due to this, I was charged an extra €10, I had no option to get this sorted as the machine had its step by step procedure. I know it's only €10 but I was given a price by booking.com when I booked the hotel, and that's not the price I end up paying.

We travelled with my family so we booked two rooms next to each other. Both rooms were non-smokers which we liked, and they were very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was definitely worth it - lots of choices, especially also for vegetarians. The rooms were really quiet, which we appreciated. The metro station and the train station are both 3 minutes walking from the hotel - highly recommend this location because it takes you really fast to the center.

We travelled by personal car and we've parked on the street in front of the hotel which is free during Sat-Sun, compared to the 27 euro / day at the hotel - which is already too much given that the price for the room was already 250+, they could have at least include the parking.. For me, personally, I had a 'shock' with the bathroom door. It is kind of transparent and along the sides there is an empty space which you could see directly inside the bathroom. The window in the room could not open and the air ventilation was not great. Even though I was with my life partner, I felt that there is no intimate space in the bathroom, so be mindful about that if you are not comfortable with being out in the open while using the toilet ahahhaha

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and were completely amazed by how beautiful everything was. Our room was simply perfect — we were truly impressed! The pillows and the bed were exceptionally comfortable, and we enjoyed every moment of rest and relaxation. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm and professional attitude made our experience even more special. We were also thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s restaurant and the lobby — both were beautifully designed and created such a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and would love to come back again!

So easy to get into the city. Food was lovely in the restaurant and they even gave me it all on a tray in the evening to take to our room as my son was so tired. The rooms are great black out, bed is very comfortable that we slept till 10am. Unheard off. But so needed. Station you can see from the hotel and we arrived 3 hours before check in, to drop our bags off, but the room was ready and they gave us our keys. Which was the best after travelling I freshened up before going to explore.

The only thing I would like different is a bath, with a young child a shower isn’t great and to have a bath I would have needed a suite. However, if I came back to Amsterdam I would definitely stay here again. I felt super safe as a single mum travelling.
