Park Inn Radisson Amsterdam West is a nice 4 star hotel. The best thing is it is a modern hitech hotel in €100/nights however in Amsterdam Central a similar standard 4star may have been 3 times the cost. My priority was to live in modern comfortable room/washroom. To go to central the best option is by train from Sloterdijk station which is exactly 3 minutes walk and ticket charges to central are €4 and it only takes 10minutes to central station. Hotel room bed matteress pillows working station chair sofa wardrobe fridge luggage space teamaker washroom shower was upto the mark and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was very nice and selection of items is adequate for good start of day it costs €16 additional. Out of my 3 day stay i tried their one day satisfying breakfast rest of two days I had from Starbucks and Albert Heijn which were so economical and filling. The hotel allows to use their umbrella for 48 hours at €3 cost. There is nothing free in this world especially Amsterdam. The good thing when you return tired to hotel there are massage chairs cost just €2 per session plus if you are not tired you can go to Holland casino for €5 entry fees adjacent to hotel entrance in same building and can stay upto 4AM and enjoy. My overall experience is 9 out of 10 and it was what I expected.

1. There was no room service. 2. It is quiet faaaar from Amsterdam Central. Don't expect to walk to Central. 3. The surroundings have no hustle bussel of Amsterdam. 4. From hotel calling uber is almost impossible as waiting time is thirty min to one hour.

The hotel is conveniently located to transport links into the city and beyond. The staff were friendly and resolved a couple of minor issues we encountered during our stay. In the foyer there is a convenient facility to purchase last minute items e.g. toiletries, snacks and hot/cold drinks.

Having stayed at other Radisson hotels previously I was surprised by the furnishing of the room. The bed was comfortable enough but the rest of the furnishings were hard surface and not inviting you to sit for too long, more suited to a wipe clean environment.

Great location right next to the train station. Good sized, clean rooms. Couldn’t ask for more in a hotel for that price.

On Sunday evening (approx midnight) men were hanging around the entrance to the hotel trying to sell us drugs which was a very uncomfortable situation.

Very good. Price/night could be a little lower seen the location outside city center.

In my opinion. You need more staff at reception and get rid of the computers self check in. The human presence is crucial in a hotel. A human gives u a welcoming feeling, like home. A computer cannot do that.

Good location, clean

The pillows were appalling, the double bed wasn’t a proper double bed it was two singles and we kept falling into the middle. The mirrors on the wardrobe door were dirty. We stayed 3 nights and our room wasnt cleaned once

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time, we were on a higher floor, and everything felt perfect — beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and a really nice stay overall. The second time, we were placed on a lower floor, and unfortunately, a lot of the hotel’s charm was lost. It really makes a difference. That said, the hotel itself is still beautiful and convenient. One of my favorite things was the massage chairs — after walking around Amsterdam all day, they were exactly what I needed! The rooms are spacious and cozy, which I really appreciated. However, the shower design could be improved — the door doesn’t close fully, and there’s no barrier to keep the water in, so it ends up flowing out into the rest of the bathroom. Overall, still a good place to stay, but if you can, request a higher floor for the full experience.

Location was great It was right next to station one stop and you're in the centre 5mins 2 stops and your at the airport. Or the bus takes you straight in which is just to the right as you come out The hotel takes 25mins to get to the centre on the bus Breakfast was lovely. Staff helpful. Champagne available in the morning with your breakfast, lovely luxurious touch. The actual hotel looked stunning. Fridge available in room

The rooms were a little more basic. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean though. I think it's as the hotel is so stunning when you get in the room your like oh. Everyone was lovely though, and the place was immaculate The breakfast was lovely although I do like a sausage lol and it was chicken sausage.

Right near Sloterdijk station, and only takes 5-10 mins into Amsterdam Centraal. Rooms were really nice and comfortable and had everything we needed, the bathroom was also very nice. Check in was easy. Overall it was really good value for money in Amsterdam if you’re happy to get the train into the centre.

We left our bags at reception after check out, when we came to collect our bags there was a really long queue at reception, and no one free to help with the luggage room and we weren’t allowed in ourselves, took nearly 15 mins to get our bags which isn’t ideal if you were in a rush for train to the airport etc.

The hotel lobby is comfortable and a nice place to wait for check in, with a large lounge, bar area, and even outside seating. Our room was spacious for two, with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a small seating area. A small fridge and coffee maker were very useful. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but the buffet looked inviting and varied. There is a small self-service store at the hotel which provides for essentials you may have forgotten. The staff were pleasant and helpful, giving us advice on public transport and drinks vouchers for the bar. The location of this hotel, near a big station, is excellent with trams, metro and trains to the city centre in a few minutes.
