VERY spacious apartment, well appointed, modern kitchen and bathroom. Large balcony with water view. Very quiet inside apartment. Great bistro directly downstairs and Settlement Cove Lagoon directly opposite. 2 bedroom apartment for less than $400/night is good value

Hotel room was well presented and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very noisy from the street traffic and nearby construction. Joining door entry was loud and sounded like someone was trying to enter our room. Not much around within walking distance for couples, adults or group of friends. Our event we were attending was cancelled which also gave us no other purpose to visit the area. Dodgy smashed van parked in secure parking area for days making it feel unsafe in carpark. Mon Komo restaurant was average for atmosphere, menu was very expensive and not many options, poor for sea food options considering it is located by the sea. Service was non existence and no one to even greet you or advise that you sit yourself down, order on an app which they charge you extra for not going back to the restaurant in a hurry.

The room we stayed in was great! Thoughtful amenities provided, hot showers, beds were comfy (surprised at size of main bedroom bed, usually much smaller in other hotels so was a nice bonus!), having a second toilet and laundry facilities in the room was also another useful/great touch. We stayed with x2 kids and felt like we had a great amount of space. Our view was great and the convenience of getting a coffee downstairs was awesome. Undercover/secure parking included in the cost of our stay. Great location. Helpful staff.

WiFi experience wasn't great and difficult to access/set up. Pool was freezing (no heated option) - but it was the start of winter so swimming for most wouldn't be a thought 🤣

The rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable and the location excellent!

There is an ongoing problem in reviews, which sadly we experienced, where there was extremely limited and hard to get hot water in the bath. This made it really difficult with small children. The cleaning was daily, which is great, but was substandard in the bathrooms. We had to ask for door wedges despite booking a 3 bedroom apartment to keep access open. The door wouldn't lock at first but this was quickly fixed. The service in the restaurant was very slow with kids meals delivered after the adults.

Cutlery and dishes were dirty The couch could do with a clean, we were all itchy after sitting on it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the reception welcome and easy check in to the cleanliness and size of the apartment. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable and after a long day it was great that we didn’t have to go out to eat as there was a restaurant on site for meals.

The roof over the balcony on the top floor was open so everything on the balcony was wet as it was raining and we couldn’t utilise this space. Please close the roof. I also would suggest allocated car space per apartment. I was really worried I wouldn’t get a spot. Although it did not affect my stay there is construction going on opposite the hotel on the backside of the building, so those rooms may be noisy.

The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and the location was great. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. The happy hour $10 cocktails on Friday and Sunday.

A wok would have been handy particularly when the stove cook top has a wok burner. More coat hangers would have been good. I did have to ask twice to get more coat hangers. When 2 people are staying for 5 nights you need more than 4 coat hangers. The wardrobe in the bedroom was awkward to get clothes in and out as one side of the wardrobe had a built-in locked cupboard that impacted access from the sliding door.

We stayed at the Oaks Redcliff Mon Komo for 1 night a group of 4. We had cycled in from Glass House. The apartment was amazing, on the 12th floor with amazing views. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, nice linens and pleasing decor. There were 3 bathrooms in the apartment and one with a bath. There is a Woolworths and BWS across the road in a shopping mall. There is a restaurant downstairs plus other options to eat at or takeout nearby. We felt very spoilt staying in a lovely apartment.

Could have been more tea bags.

I stayed one night as I had to go into hospital the next day, the Oaks location is amazing as shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance The staff were so lovely and helpful. The suite was a great size, the bed was very comfortable and the ocean view was breathtaking🙌❤️

My stay was just after the cyclone and the outdoor furniture had been brought inside so it was a bit inconvenient for me to go out on the verandah to get some sunshine and fresh air as I suffer from claustrophobia and the furniture was up against the glass sliding doors 😵‍💫but I do understand the reasoning behind it🙏

The free upgrade to an ocean suite was unexpected and show card the Redcliffe foreshore. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen, clean and compact. The verandah/ patio was fabulous. So big and spacious. Furniture was clean and comfortable.

The smell in the main bathroom after using it for showering ( dirty drain smell) The lack of hanging hooks in the main bathroom so clothes had to sit on top of the loo. Two lounges instead of 1 double lounge and a single lounge chair would have been more appropriate given the room configuration. A magnetic for stop on the second bedroom to stop the door from slamming everytime a breeze came through the sliding glass door onto the verandah.
