Proximity to Biarritz Airport if arriving on a late flight or leaving on an early one. Easy to get around (St Jean de Luz, Bayonne..) on public transport with main bus stop very close to the hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely fine but there is a lot of construction work on the road right infront of it (tramway line construction). Note that you can't walk to the hotel from the airport, despite it being close and even if you're a good walker. The main road is too dangerous and there's no pavement (an uber costs about 12 euros).

The guy on reception was fabulous, really warm and welcoming and made an effort with speaking English (we don't speak French). Our room was quiet and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was delicious, loved the cheeses. Everything felt clean and fresh.

Although I knew that the shower door literally opened into the room, it was still a bit surprising and took a bit to manage showering with privacy. But for the price of our stay it didn't matter and I highly recommend this hotel for people travelling on a budget, and as a starting point for the Camino. Also for anyone walking from the airport, the shoulder of the road was narrow in parts with no other option for walking but to be on the road.

The staff was very courteous and helpful; it was very clean in general. For its tariff, it was quite a decent choice. While it's a bit far from the centre of Biarritz, it's 9 mins away from the Express bus service, which takes you to the centre in about 20 mins.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people and there was no lock on the toilet door.

We booked this place because it was within walking distance of the Biarritz Airport, and our flight was scheduled to arrived quite late. It suited us perfectly. No frills and a good sleep. We were on our way to St. Jean Pied de Port to begin the Camino. We left early in the morning and were able to walk to a bus stop to catch a bus to Gare de Bayonne and then a train to St. Jean.

We expected it to be super basic, so we were not disappointed.

Ibis- always coresponds expectations. You always get what expect if you used it before. Surprise was a lovely cat in reception 🤗 Ibis has a great pizza in another Ibis near too 😋 Awesome for late checkin 🤗 Its near aiport, so great for travelers

It is an very good choice for a 1 night stay especially if you are travelling by plane. The airport is literally 5 minutes away. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and the staff is very welcoming.

Although you are aware that this is IBIS budget, we would have loved to have more options for breakfast ( eggs for instance would have been appreciated )

Convenient to airport and good value for money. Clean accommodation. Breakfast was good

Room was small and a bit cramped.To get to busstop carrying rucksacks the next morning we had to negotiate a steep embankment but I had read about this in other reviews

Nice parking lot to park the car, very big and easy to find. Also the cat that resides there was the best thing as it made my night to pet it over and over, the car is probably the owner or manager as he was standing in the front of entrance checking in the guests.

Nothing to say about.

Good parking. Fabulous location. Very close to fast food and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only down side was the noise from a lot of the other guests. Shower water cold.
