Room is spacious. Location is good, very convenient.

The hot water in our room was inconsistent. I reported the issue to housekeeping, but they insisted there was no problem. It worked on the second day, but on the day of our checkout, the water was cold again. During check-in, I had an unpleasant experience with a rude front desk clerk who, without saying a word, simply pointed me to another line. As I waited for my turn, new guests—who happened to be foreigners—arrived and were immediately accommodated at the counter I was originally directed away from. It felt unfair that they received preferential treatment while I was made to wait.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s connected to the Robinsons Galleria mall which was great. Also close to Megamall if you’re looking for a larger mall. I loved the buffet breakfast. I loved the renovated rooms - we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was so spacious and comfortable for my family and I. The staff were very hospitable and warm - a true Filipino trait which I love.

Just a minor thing - the pillows weren’t very comfortable. They had ‘soft’ and ‘firm’ options however my head just seemed to sink into all the pillows till they were flat on the bed. Other than that my whole experience at the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing.

Housekeeping and front desk communication was poor. We checked in as family of four but housekeeping kept giving us only 2 sets of amenities and initially even asked to charge us extra when we needed towels for our children. Booking.com listing is also wrong. It says breakfast included for our 16 year but when we got there they explained that 16 year old are children by booking.com but not by hotel so hotel needs to charge us extra. In the end they waived the charge but they should not be putting such misleading price in booking.com.

Hotel is in a prime location in Ortigas, about 25 min drive from NAIA (if there's no traffic). Room was spacious and clean, plenty of room/storage/cabinets. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options, also we had access to a well-equipped gym.

This might be because they were relatively busy - but room service took time (we had to follow up sometimes to complete our requests, such as asking for more water or room cleaning). Also, the hot shower in our room took time to heat up.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Galleria Manila during my work trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the spacious room was a perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. I loved the bath tub in the room and the excellent water pressure—it was so refreshing! The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, which was a great bonus. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Huge applause to the staff for making the experience so pleasant.

The staffs are accommodating and breakfast food they served are all good and they even allow us to take away fruits since my wife can't join us in breakfast buffet room because the hotel does not accommodate pets inside the buffet area.

1. Pet amenities/toiletries is not worth it for its price and we just received 1 set of toiletries for our pet, but we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. 2. Though we were informed on the day of our arrival, calling for assistance was a bit hassle because the telephone line from the suite room is not available 3. Pool is not available and offered us transportation going to Joy Nostalg Hotel for pool service that is very hassle for us.

Staff : everybody was courteous and very helpful. Special mention to the front desk officer Ms. Bea who went above and beyond. She was very warm, helpful, courteous and friendly. Holiday Inn, Ms. Bea is a keeper, please value her. 😊 Room: perfect! value for money (super sulit!) water pressure is so strong, with hot and cold shower, bathtub was clean and without stains. everything was provided except oral care stuff (toothbrush/toothpaste). Bed was heavenly! Soft and super comfy with comforter that really does its job (not to mention smells clean too). free indoor sleepers were provided. the room was equipped with water heater, fridge, flat iron with board, hairblower. 😊 Location: perfectly situated near everything! in fact it is also connected directly to Rob Galleria using 4th floor. 😊

The staffs are warm and friendly from the reception to dining. Location is perfect as it has connecting entrance to Robinson's Galleria. I love the breakfast buffet.

They took at least 24 hrs to respond to messages here in booking.com. I also asked if they have extra something or anything special for celebrators like anniversaries. We were told they have added it to special notes but it seemed it has been forgotten or they didn't add the note at all. The lights are all dim that we couldn't use the mirror in the main room to put makeup on. You will have to ask for the basic stuff that are included in the package like slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush and the mirror is dark. Ot sure if it's a mirror or just a dark glass (or one way mirror?) And I couldn't add pics thru here (booking.com). The app keeps on freezing everytime I select the gallery and couldn't even get to the gallery.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Although I didn’t catch the name of the person who handled our check-in, it's clear that everyone is well-trained and attentive. We’re especially grateful to the team members who kindly assisted us with carrying our things to the car. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making my parents' anniversary so special, with the thoughtful complimentary cakes and sweets, along with a warm greeting. The two-bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, and I loved the bathtub 😍😍 it was the perfect spot to relax. We truly appreciate everything! 🥰🥰🥰

Just one small thing – the pool was a bit too cold for my liking, hehe! I wish it wasn’t quite so chilly 🥶.

Quiet and cozy. Room that we had was very home-y and easy to rest in. Extremely professional and kind staff. Greeted us for our anniversary stay. They also provided us with complimentary cake for our anniversary and late check-out. Very accessible as several malls and places to go are a few minutes away.

Nothing but sometimes the floor at the 4th floor dining area is at times sticky or looks un-mopped but over, great stay at Holiday Inn.
