I was very happy with our stay but upon arrival I was told the fee in which I had agreed/booked with booking .com was not what I had to pay....I ended up having to pay 20euro MORE. The staff could only say this is because it was euro which made no sense and I was very annoyed. It was not City tax charge as I checked my booking and no where in it did it say I would have to pay another fee on arrival. Very disappointed booking.com

The hidden fee. Would like booking.com.to check this out please and break down why it was charged and what it was for.

We opted for room only instead of B&B as we were up and out every day and didn't really want to eat that early. The room worked out at £60 per night. We were there 3 nights. The room was huge and exceeded our expectations! We had a sitting room which had a sofa, chair, dressing table, wardrobe and toilet with wash basin. In the next area was the bed with fridge and Tv, which led to a full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and large lit mirror. The hotel itself was bright and airy with several restaurants and the staff were very friendly. Lovely incense smell when entering the lobby area. Outside seating for drinks and snacks. Central location for what we needed. Got a 3 day tram pass for €7 and this is unlimited rides once you validate the ticket on the first journey. These run every few minutes. Sightseeing is great. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Only one gripe, and that was the adapter plug we used, did not allow for both socket spaces to function correctly, so we ended up unplugging bedside lamps. However, there was ample wall lighting in the bedroom to compensate. Just had to get out of bed to turn it off at night 🌙 The lift is very small and is slow, quicker to use stairs if you are able to.

The hotel was at a very central area which many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Also It is easy to reach museums that I had no time to visit in this trip. I hope I will make it next time. The breakfast is pretty much enough. The room was very wide and confortable. Visitors can use it with 2-3 people easily.

I was not familiar with the tastes of cheese at the breakfast. But It is ok. My room was at the second block that I need to pass a stair + a bridge and an elevator. But it didn't bother me much.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Warsaw and can easily be reached from the airport (the bus stop is not faraway) and the train station (15 minutes walk). The Old Town is some 15-20 minutes walk. There are many shops and restaurants around. When I was booking, only Deluxe rooms were available, so I had one of those. It was nice, clean, had a safe, a fridge and a kettle (highly appreciated). Wifi worked without any problems. There was some noise from the street but nothing unbearable. In fact, there is some construction work going on opposite the hotel but it never interfered with my stay. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, instead I went to a bakery 5 minutes from the hotel which I liked very much. There is a restaurant serving Polish food in the hotel, it looked nice but I did not have an opportunity to go there. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and would not hesitate to book it again during my next trip to Warsaw.

1) It was a bit cold in the room and the air conditioning, while on, did not seem to affect the temperature in the room. 2) The lift in the main building is very "lazy".

Booked here on location as right in the centre of Downtown Warsaw. Price was very reasonable and comparable to smaller air bnb options for a group of 7. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bedding was good quality. We could open some windows though the town at night was very noisy (Cars sirens etc). No air con in earner summer months would make that tougher to do. Breakfast was a good choice of fruit breads meats and cereals and worth taking for the extra cost. Overall the perfect location for exploring all of the central city and historic sites. Easy for walking through rapid access to trams, metros and train. Many restaurants within 5-10 mins and lots of small supermarkets for essentials.

Good value and location of the hotel. We were able to check in earlier then official check in time. Once again thanks for the host! Parking facility is good for average sized car

The room is outdated and requires renovation.

Everything is on point, best breakfast ever tasted, bathroom is very clean, the staff did their best to maintain the cleanliness. Spacious rooms also, but only twin business rooms, will firmly recommended this hotel to my friends, when they come in Warsaw☺️✌️

Standard twin room is a little bit old furnished and tiny. Must renew the furniture. Bathroom is good and clean there.The staff changed our room on our second day of our stay and we are pretty satisfied with new option- twin business room, which the manager offered to us.

Great hotel (for the price) in a central location. The décor can appear a little dated, but it is well maintained. Hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly. The location cannot be beaten - lots of places to eat, drink and shop in are close at hand and the locations of historical/local interest are easily accessed. Would highly recommend and will stay again the next time I am in Warsaw.

Great location. Close enough to walk from the central train station and close to the Royal walk and lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. Building was a bit Communist Era with rather severe foyer and reception… but that has its own charm in a way.

Bathroom was newly tiled but seemed to be a big missed opportunity to upgrade it to something better. It had a bath and to have a shower I had to stand in the bath… BUT the hose shower head was fixed to the wall at about knee height… what the hell? The curtain was too small so big gaps at each end and it didn’t even reach down to bath level so as you need to hold the shower hose and move it over your body to wash, the water goes everywhere. Really bad design. Something else that could be done better is the curtains. There is no point having block out curtains if they are not long enough at either end… make them longer so you get true block out.

It's a good option if you want to get a simple room in the city center for a reasonable price. 1. Location is perfect! Just right in the city center. And it's very close to the railway station as well. Neighborhood is nice and lovely with many cafes and bars. 2. Room was spacious and clean. Even though it's pretty old, the quality is good. You have a kettle, necessary facilities, so everything was fine. 3. We had a very late check-in but it's not a problem as the receptionist is there 24/7.

Of course, the hotel is old and you need to be ready for that. But everything is so clean and spacious, so if you accept that it's old, it won't be an issue for you at all :)
