Very kind and agile reception supervisor and staff. Comfortable room. Fantastic bathroom. Swimming pool at the top floor with jacuzzi. Fitness room with view.

Dinner arrangement: the restaurant personnel was not qualified. They almost lost our vouchers, then forgot to serve us for 30 minutes. We left and arranged our own dinner elsewhere. Reception personnel was great help and were proactive. Closed Garage: it smells too strongly food. The smell stayed in the car’s airco system for few days after one night stay.

Size of the room, quick lifts, staff were all lovely, transport to and from the airport was very convenient - hot 159 bus. It was also very convenient for transport links around the city. Short walk to old town. One Christmas market right by is but there was still one by the old town. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Could do with having a drinks machine to self serve. Bed was comfortable and bedding was very clean. Lots of hanging space with iron, iron board and hairdryer. You can also login to your Netflix through their tele.

Door made a loud noise when using it which isn’t good during the night. The room needed a new toilet brush. The toilet has a water stain, needs to be bleached. Wouldn’t put us off staying again as the room was lovely and big.

the hotel is very central. I was there for a sports event and the hotel was opposite the venue which was perfect. Room is very spacious and clean. Staff is also very professional and accomodating. Loved the fact that the gym was decently equipped with foam rollers, and other recovery tools as well as a pool/jacuzzi.

The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable. I had to pile around 3 pillows to make it a little bit more comfortable. So please consider changing the pillows. Also service at the restaurant was a bit slow, you can easily wait 30 mins to get a simple dish (as simple as a salad) to be served at your table.

The staff were very nice, they made us feel very welcome at Sheraton. Breakfast was superb with lots of options. The location is ideal - next to several tram stops, main station, city centre, exhibition centre, and an old zoo.

The pool was smaller than expected and full of people in the evening so we didn't visit it (we only stayed two nights and the first night it wasn't working). The bathroom door was a sliding door with a gap between the door and the wall, so that was a bit weird because it was never fully closed. The AC was on all the time even when we turned it off so it was cold in the room.

I liked the hotel it self, it was very pretty from the inside, everything was taken good care of.

We chose a hotel with a swimming pool for my kid, but the water was so cold you could not swim in it. I asked the hotel staff but they could not change the temperature. Besides that the cleaning staff did not speak english at all, so whenever they knocked on our door and I asked them to come later on they did not understand. They even became irritated when I explained I did not speak polish. Not very welcoming to be honest.

Our stay was amazing - it was my birthday but I did not add that into the reservation notes, but when the man at reception asked for my ID to confirm my name etc. he noticed that it was my birthday himself, he gave us a free voucher for a drink each in the hotel bar and for some free snacks! This was already so much more than we expected. When we got to the room, items were in the middle of being repaired by maintenance, and a few minutes after arriving into the room a handyman came in to finish repairing it. This was really no bother at all to us as the room was already so lovely. After he left, we got a phone call to the room from the workers at reception offering apologies for the room not being ready, and he said he would be at our door in 5 minutes to upgrade us for this inconvenience. He then took us to another room on the “club lounge” floor which was absolutely amazing and they truly went above and beyond for us, even on a one night stay! All of the staff were so friendly, and you could truly tell they were proud of what they do and the level of service they provide has been unmatched for both of us!

I was disappointed that the Rynek restaurant was closed last Sunday as I have eaten there before and it was very nice. your concierge proposed me your bar with a tex-mex menu. please inform the chef that the menu is fine but not really tex-mex. And that if you ask your customers how they want the steak cooked (excellent cuts!), if you serve a rare steak in the stone, it is becomes well done in 3 minutes! I say this as a Brussels guy - and we know our steaks. And a lover of Polski danie, that I hope to enjoy during my next visit to the Ruben restaurant. On a previous visit, I really appreciated the flower oil that you served for the bread - unique. All the best from Brussels. Michael

EVERYTHING! Was so clean, bed was fantastic, view was pretty good for a city hotel. Pool was lovely & warm and changing rooms were clean. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, so much choice including a waffle & omelette station. Really close to bus & train station and also so easy to get around by taxi. All the staff were lovely & accommodating and we know zero Polish but was still so easy to communicate. Cannot fault it! 10/10

Everything was perfect! 😍😍😍 the room is spacious and cleaned well. Furniture is new. No bad smell on the carpet. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, almost everything there. Fresh omelette from the chef, you can also make your own waffle. The location is also good. The tram station is just right infront of the hotel entrance. Small supermarket for a quick drink or snack is also around the corner. I could only recommend it!! 🥰😍🙌🏽

We recently enjoyed a 3 nights at the Sheraton in Poznań, and we are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Every aspect of our stay contributed to an incredibly satisfying getaway, from the warm welcome to the breakfast and the overall atmosphere. Right from the moment of our arrival, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Sheraton staff. The breakfast served in the morning was a true delight for our taste buds. Not only was it plentiful and included a variety of dishes, but it also featured typical Polish delicacies. Also, a great advantage of the Sheraton is its proximity to two exceptional restaurants. The first, with a gourmet menu, provided an opportunity to experience local Polish dishes at the highest level. The second, entirely vegan, offered unique flavors and creative combinations that left us delighted. All in all, the Sheraton in Poznań provided us with an incredible experience that we would gladly repeat. We can't recommend it enough!
