The food and happy hours are amazing ,also the walk to the beach is about 8 minutes the hotel provides the chair and beach umbrella

We checked-in early morning at 4 am very fast, but next day we have to change our room because of elevator next to our room makes noise. We changed room to 319. Everything was perfect. I like breakfasts - everyone can choose anything and all were taste. Hotel very close to airport but inside the room you don't hear anything. sound insulation is very good. I like happy hours every evening and taste meals which we ordered at the bar near pool.

When we came back we realised that we got bitten by bed ticks, during our stay I saw redness and pimples on the our bodys but did not attach any importance to it. But when we came back we realised that all family members got bitten by bed ticks. We were sleeping in different beds but all of all got bitten((( you have to change mattresses in 319 and 301 and make sanitization everywhere.

The pool looked nice, unfortunately we did not have time to utilize it. The breakfast was good, however the fruit was never replenished during the time we were having breakfast and all we had available to us were grapes, which was unfortunate.

The friend I was traveling with did not like how firm the beds were....I did not have an issue with this.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is very enticing. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were amazing.

The room had a foul smell and the a/c was only working on the high setting so it was colder than I wanted it. The safe was nor working and the housekeeper said that in order for the foul smell to dissipate the a/c had to be on. I think they need to clean or change the rugs.

The breakfast was decent. Would like potatoes every day. The space at the beach was fabulous because you got there and there were chairs, an umbrella, and towels so everything was there. The happy hour was nice and relaxing and gave us a chance to meet other travelers that were interesting to talk to. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was tgst every review talked about how clean things were which was absolutely true!

The price can always be better.

The property was great! Breakfast was great the pool and restaurant was awesome, and the location was great!

The manager on duty on the 10th at our arrival around 4 pm was horrible no customer service and was not professional at all very rude! And not welcoming at all.Apparently I was told I booked the wrong kind of rooms and I was charged more money for a roll away beds. I wasn’t offered no other options but to leave. Just wasn’t helpful at all. The whole front desk staff needs additional training. No one seems to care, just the bare minimum. Staff is very different from a year ago!

Location was good. Breakfast was OK. Wanted more variety tho. Room was spotless. A tad colder for me.

The location of the property was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was the young lady that worked the breakfast buffet on the mornings we were there, she was amazing. We really liked her energy, she was smiling and very cheerful. I did not get her name but we absolutely loved her!!!! There was also a very nice security guy that was there, he too was very nice and helpful. We loved his energy as well, the staff was good! Definitely a great staff!!!!

The only thing I had a problem with was the elevator. On my first day the elevator had some issues and I had to take the stairs to and from the fifth floor. However they did get it fixed.

Breakfast was par excellence...no issues at all...our stay was thoroughly enjoyable...great hotel..great room.. great service...great location...beach and car rental is across the street... . Coffee was to the moon and back...and in between one of the stars was happy hour. Blessings...

I thought i booked a room with a living space...only to realise despite it saying double room...its really a single room with 2 beds ...4x6...and not queen... so either wouldve sufficed..like the addtnl space... or 2 queen beds...same room.. But.. does mot subtract from the overall wobderful time.

The breakfast was great. I also enjoyed the happy hour every day. I thought the drinks would be cheap but they were amazing! It really is free. I also loved that this was not as packed as a resort. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the pool. The swim up bar was great! I want to shout out the bartender Irma because she was so sweet. Our rooms were spacious and they were able to accommodate my 5 month old with a crib. This hotel is very family friendly and it's in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to families looking for an affordable, spacious option with amenities! I truly feel it was worth every penny! It was also a close walk to the beach and they provide umbrellas and chairs which was great!

I had a few issues with the staff. My room was not cleaned when it was supposed to be and I felt like some staff had an issue with me because I brought a few concerns to their attention. It was just a couple staff. Overall, the staff, especially the breakfast crew, were very friendly.
