Great location in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Uber is affordable in Madrid and the roads are not busy, so transportation not an issue. Our room was clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. All encountered staff were kind and professional. An excellent place to stay and will happily return.

Location is great for visiting El Bernabéu, it’s 2 blocks from the metro station. The surrounding area is quiet and very safe. The hotel itself is no doubt an older building, but with that comes the perks of very large rooms and good soundproofing, with plenty of closet and counter space. Ricardo at reception was just awesome, this was by far the best property we’ve stayed in so far in our 2 weeks in Spain.

There was construction going on in one of the lifts so there was a little bit of noise in the morning, but it didn’t bother us since we were heading out anyways.

I picked this hotel as my son had booked stadium tour at Real Madrid (Santiago Bernabau) which is 5 mins walking distance. There is a metro stop on site too which we used. The staff were very helpful and they advised me to upgrade for a small add on (€15 per night) and it was well worth it. The room was fabulous, and the bathroom was massive with walk in shower. There was a sitting area and desk in the room which my son loved and plenty space to move around. The breakfast was good too, the layout of the hotel with books all around, added to the gorgeous decor. Will definitely be staying here again.

- Large room with large bed, large bathroom, lots of windows for natural light and ventilation. - Air-conditioning is powerful! But also lots of fresh breeze at night if you turn off the AC and open all the windows. - Staff are really friendly and helpful. - Hotel decor is tasteful and promotes a relaxed, comfortable state of being. - Lots of trees outside. The surrounding area is green and not too busy, mostly residential, with public spaces and many restaurants, pubs and grocery shops around. - Many bus stops nearby, close to some shopping streets - a short taxi ride to the airport (max 20 minutes) - room TV has a good selection of channels, mostly Spanish

- Not sure if it was the season (mid June) or if these are standard rates for Madrid, but I felt I paid a lot for a room in Spain (~€180/night w/o breakfast). Although, if I compare the size of the room, large bed, large bathroom, amenities and overall service level, this would easily cost £300+ in UK and €250-300+ in the more expensive European cities. - nearest subway/underground stations are a 10 minute walk.

The lounge is really cute, welcome cava drink waiting for you. The breakfast was complete (the coffee machine makes really good coffee). Metro stations within walking distance. The room is very spacious and the toiletries were of good quality. We arrived earlier and were super tired from out long flight and they let us have an early check-in free if cost! Staff is welcoming and kind

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel building itself is not new, but everything is very cozy. Every item in the room was exactly where it was needed, it was nice to realize that such details were taken care of. The room was quiet, it was a 5 minute walk to the subway and a couple or three stops to the center. In short, we were happy with our choice.

It was noticeable from the state of the room's finishing that it had seen a little bit of the sights. But for me this point was not critical. Everything was clean and inspected.

The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. So many different options, and everything is delicious. The receptionists are polite and fully fluent in English. The room is big, and the bed and pillows are very comfy. The bathroom is perfect, and you will find all the necessary amenities, such as toothpaste, body milk, etc. In the neighborhood, there are many restaurants and shops, and it seems completely safe, even late at night.

Wear and tear on the furniture. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't affect the functionality at all, but I didn't expect it in a hotel of this category. The room, in general, looks newer in the photo. Still, I will gladly return to this hotel.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and we appreciated that small muffins and coffee were available in the morning. For travelers without a car, the location was very good because it was easy to walk to nearby busy streets with many places to eat.

It would have been convenient to eat at the restaurant in the hotel lobby, but unfortunately it was rather expensive. Too expensive for us.

Staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel, and the welcome cava drink was much appreciated after a long travel day! The hotel itself was in a quiet area and relatively close to bus and metro stations. The room was very nicely appointed, with modern sort of industrial touches. The large shower with rain shower head was nice, and the king sized bed and pillows were fantastic. We were only there for one nights sleep, but we would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic experience during our stay at H10 Tribeca hotel in Madrid! The hotel impressed us with its modern decor and unique details. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's services and amenities were top-notch. The parking and electric car charging facilities were a great bonus. The quality of the rooms was impeccable. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless. We loved the minibar stocked with cookies, chocolates, and refreshing beverages. Additionally, the 100% cotton towels added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hotel staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations, especially the breakfasts. They were delicious, varied, and included a gluten-free section, which we appreciated. Opting for the breakfast package was definitely worth it. In conclusion, our stay at H10 Tribeca was outstanding in every aspect.
