I had a great experience at Symphony Style Hotel. Everything went smoothly from the first moment till the last. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and never let me down — they did their best to be fast, helpful, and understanding of my needs. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient. I truly appreciated their warm attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a great stay. Just a few things to improve: some areas need light renovation to maintain a fresh look, the entrance can get crowded with cars at times, and while luggage help is available, a bit more speed—especially when returning with shopping bags—would make the experience even better.

With my family we stayed at Symphony Style Hotel in Kuwait on a weekend away from home, and it was really amazing! The hotel is big, beautiful, and very fancy, colourful too! The best part was the sea view. We could see the ocean from our window, and it looked so cool, in the morning and afternoon. The view was from 12th floor. The food was super yummy. Every meal tasted great, and there were lots of different things to try, great variety nice and tasty! The people who work at the hotel were very nice and always smiling. One person named Jessica was extra special. She was really kind and helpful, and she made sure we were happy all the time. We loved staying at this hotel and hope we can go back again one day!

1.I liked how Sureesh prepared a surprise decoration for our room in the 16th floor. 2. I liked how the hotel handled the electricity outage from the electricity company with full professionalism. I thought that it would be a bad experience but the hotel made it worth it and we didn't feel anything.

The service, the people working in the hotel and the BREAKFAST was incredible. Also the stunning sea views from my executive room were simply stunning. Amazing hotel experience.

Break fast good, but all days are same menu in breakfasts which is not good. Hotel should change the menu daily basis Rooms are excellent Location excellent

Delivery time is more for the requested services. Hospitality must be improved There is no person availably to help to carry the languages. and requested the carry service, even waiting 45 minutes no response from hotel which is very very bad

The location is perfect. The hotel has valet service free for residents. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is delicious.

The furniture is a little bit old and has some scratches. The same goes for the bathroom and bathtub. It needs to be refurnished. The fridge was not working. If that happens it will be a lot better. But overall the hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel staff were very helpful, the room and suite amenities were nicely done, spacious, and were very comfortable. The restaurant’s food was tasty, and there were various options. The hotel was within close proximity of all popular landmarks.
