Beautiful hotel, photo and description corresponds to reality, quite conveniently designed, rooms have everything you need, pleasant staff, rational cleaning, fully meets the concept of price - quality. The child was given a toy upon check-in and was given a new one to choose when she lost it. During the rain they gave an umbrella. The reception staff was always responsive. From the room on the menu you can always order food both in the room and on the veranda. Conveniently there is a 24 hour area with coffee, tea, water and sweets at no extra charge. Request to the hotel management: 1. Replace the usb-a sockets at the bed with a normal one and if possible technically add more on the other side. 2. In the breakfast area to hang information about what can be ordered today and that it is possible in principle. 3. Timely replenish the food at breakfast until it is completely finished. Thank you to the creators of the hotel for quite competently created in terms of functionality and convenience.

The breakfast is simple yet deliciously filling. Love that beyond what is in the buffet spread, we can order some more items like bread, our preferred way cooked eggs. The size of the bed was enough for a small family for 4 with kids below 12 years old even if they only permit max 3 in a room. All the basic you need is of reach and the 24/7 buffet area will provide you comfort with unlimited coffee and even small delicious snack and tea available for grab for FREE!!! They even permitted us to eat our own food and helped us to boil our instant noodles! ;-)

There was no information that we can order eggs of some things not available in the buffet. Thank God the property manager came in to inform us when my husband asked for support in refilling the sections. The A/C could have been on despite being winter season as inside the premises it was too hot.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied with hot and cold buffet, cereals, coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruit, cakes. You can order something to eat from a local menu around the clock. And you can help yourself to coffee, tea and cookies anytime during the day. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area a little away from the city center. There is a hotel own parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

The breakfast room is a bit small, so you sometimes had to wait a little if there was a large group coming for breakfast at the same time.

We took so much time clearing immigration as well as our luggage was lost that took us around 3 hours to get out of the airport. We booked a hotel transfer from them, though they charged us an additional 5$, which is very understandable given the waiting time, they are very patient with us. Check-in was so smooth and easy. Hotel is futuristic and clean. The best part is that there is snacks, coffee and tea all day round. The breakfast is so filling and heavy and delicious. We love it here. Globus is also near if you want to exchange to local currency. Staffs are really attentive.

It's a bit far from the Osh Bazaar - which I know from the start by the way, so not really that bad. But we tried to walk our way to it, however it will take around 1 hour to reach there so we decided to take the public transport along the way by the help of the locals. Still 9 out of 10.

This hotel was definitely good value for money. For the price, it was as good as a 4-star hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and had all the facilities needed. Bathroom was also equipped with facilities. Breakfast had range of options and also order can be made for omelette and porridge. Complimentary coffee and tea was also available throughout. The receptionist and staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They speak good english and were very helpful with directions.

Beautifully designed, carefully built with attention to the very detail! When I was looking for a hotel in Bishkek I discovered Futuro Hotel, and, looking at the pictures, I thought - too good looking to be true... but I dared to book a room in Futuro, hoping it's gonna be Ok. But in fact, when we've arrived to the hotel, the reality exceeds my expectations - actual appearence of exterior/interiors was even better that it appeared on photos! Needless to say that the staff is super friendly and helpful, tea/coffee + homemade bisquits and cookies are available 24/7 at the cafeteria, buffet breakfast is very good, queen-size bed is very comfy, the room is not very big but very well designed and furnished. Since my first stay in Futuro - it's my choice #1 in Bishkek! Strongly recommended!

Modern hotel in a quiet part outside the Bishkek City Centre Easy access to Bishkek with bus n°38 (15 to 20 min) Room very well equipped, very quiet Friendly staff (we arrived at 01.30AM - we were immediately directed to our room - all administrative was postponed till later, after a good night's rest) We started our tour in Kyrgyzstan at Futuro and we ended it 3 weeks later also at Futuro: We were welcomed back as if we were frequent customers. That was a very positive experience.

The breakfast is OK, but choice a bit limited. Actually, this is really a very nice hotel, efficiently managed.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet and safe area. The staff were amazing very kind, hardworking and helpful. The room is very comfortable clean and equipped with kettle, mini fridge, tea, water. Also complimentary toiletries and slippers and robe!! Around the corner is a great grocery store and the city center 3.5km very easy to walk!! Breakfast is very good with many options; they have 24hs kitchen and complimentary coffee, tea and cookies during the day. Also, I used they airport transfer and they organized me a taxi to take me to Burana , I am very pleased with they drivers! I must during your stay In Bishkek!!

It was a nice hotel. The staff were very nice to me and could speak english. My Russian was bad but i stayed there for 1 month and everything was fine. Also great food amd there is a microwave if you want to reheat your meals.

Not really in the center but easily accessible by bus and it costs barely nothing.

I had a wonderful experience at this very modern and stylish hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and although the breakfast area was a bit small, the variety of options was fantastic. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries. Additionally, there was a convenient option to order lunch or dinner for an additional cost. The only downside was the slightly distant location from the city center, but a quick taxi ride took me there in just 7-10 minutes. Moreover, there was a huge supermarket located just a 3-minute walk away.
