Lighting not strong enough, better put more lighting for the toilet area, especially in front of the mirror

Nice design - old colonial buildings with lots of wood in the interior. A lot of fancy fitures from “good old days”. Excellent breakfast which we had by the river with great views. Very attentive and accommodating staff.

While dark wood interior is stylish, the room was really dark. White towels and to some extent bed linen were the darkest possible shade of white. Laundry department could do a better job. Biggest problem is soundproofing which is just not there. Understandably, hard to achieve maintaining colonial times design but with the location on a busy street, where every passing vehicle is heard until it actually turns the corner, this was rather disturbing. The worst was the rooster at some neighboring, probably better soundproofed property. This creature totally disregarded the laws of nature and announced its presence continuously from before midnight to around 5 am. I have never been fond of hunting but could not help thinking about this particular activity during sleepless night.

Great location ...easy to walk everywhere. Lovely hotel and comfortable room with balcony - traditional wooden style with nice furnishings. Staff were exceptionally kind and efficient and breakfast was very good.

Not the hotel's fault but there were some noisy excavations on the opposite side of the river to prevent erosion etc. Temporary situation nearing completion and hardly made a dent in an otherwise fantastic break.

I don't eat breakfast so this question is not applicable but the restaurant where breakfast is served overlooks the river in a lovely quiet part of town, so I assume it would have been very nice

There is nothing I didn't like about Burasari Heritage Hotel, the staff are outstanding and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds are super comfy and the bed linen is crisp and lovely to touch.

This hotel was stunning; the staff were great especially the young reception guy who checked us in. He checked in on us every day to make sure we were OK. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff so helpful. The hotel was clean and felt so safe.

Everything was perfect and couldn't have been better.

Incredibly beautiful, authentic, and every detail thought of. Samair was very helpful in arranging everything. Highly recommend this jewel in Luang Prabang. Without a doubt the best spa and the best massage in Luang Prabang. Worth the try!

There is construction across the river which can be very loud in the morning if you like to sleep in.

We had two rooms and In one of the room the toilet was open without a door . The rooms were very dark due to wooden decor but once we open the window it was ok !

We had an absolutely lovely time at the Burasari Heritage. We had already stayed at the Bursari in Phuket a number of times so were fond of the brand. There were a couple of things that really stood out about staying at the Burasari Heritage: 1. The staff were absolutely gorgeous, friendly and welcoming 2. The whole vibe of the hotel is kinda cool colonial 3. The location is just superb easy access to everywhere The hotel also arranged our tour of the Kuang Si Waterfalls with Sanya which was an absolute highlight and I totally recommend.

The location is great, except for at 5 am when the street in front of the hotel is turned into a noisy mini bus drop off point for tourists going for alms giving! Give the spa a pass!

The best location for us. The area was quiet and safe. The place was homey and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was big and spacious. It was quite dark, though, even if all lights are on but it was ok with us. Except for the bathroom, which style I am not fond of, I highly recommend this hotel. Special mention to Peng who was very accommodating to all my requests and very reliable.

The staff at the restaurant needs to be trained more in handling orders especially during breakfast when most of the guests dine at the same time and to be more attentive to guests requests.
