This was my third stay at Ramada Wyndham Downtown. As before, the whole team were brilliant. The housekeeping team do a great job and maintain rooms to a high standard and ensure everything is spotless. Also, the front of house/reception team were always brilliant and happy to help with any queries. The hotel is located a walking distance from various cafes and restaurants and other places of interest.

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. I really hope the hotel management look into this as currently this is the only issue to highlight.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was exceptional, everyone was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist, and greeted me with warm smiles that made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Hisham, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. His outstanding service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.

First of all I would like to Thank the amazing , humble , professional staff Paul , Hicham, Amira , Amin and Ahmad they showed extra ordinary care and made us feel like home The location of hotel is perfect best restaurant around and there are near by markets and shops in the heart of Beirut so close the beach and very easy to find transport Also the staff helped getting taxi and transfer The room perfectly clean and equipped with all needed things well designed and nice The facilities prefect Bed and pillows so comfortable The ambiance so quite perfect for business travellers and also for couples They also gave us complementary chocolate give it was so kind of them I can say this is a 4 stars hotel but 7 stars service The value of money is reasonable

the location was great, the room was comfortable, and the parking space was very convenient, which made the stay even easier. The team at the hotel was truly exceptional. Amira, the reservation supervisor, was incredibly helpful and supportive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mr. Ahmet from valet parking was always kind and ready to assist. Wassim and his colleague in the breakfast area provided great service with a welcoming attitude, and Paul was equally supportive and attentive. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

I am very satisfied with this choice. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I stayed 4 nights and All my requests were done in no time. Always smiling, always respectful and ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable for me. Provided kettle, hairdryer, iron and iron board, water, cleaning service everyday. The location is amazing. I walked everywhere. Close to Zaytunabay, to promenade. I walked to Hamra street as well (if you dont mind 20 min stroll). The staff helped me to get a tour to Byblos, Jeita Grotto. The only catch might be that the sound isolation is not very good in the room. You can hear ppl in the hall and cleaning in the next room lol this might be an issue for those who like to sleep in till late, but wasnt my case so I was fine with it. Overall 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay again next time I travel.

I believe this an excellent proposition hotel for short stays or stays that you would spend considering most of your day outside the hotel. Location is great in the middle of one of the busiest areas in Beirut surrounded by so many dining options and in a walking distance to the sea side (zeytouna or corniche). Beds are comfortable. Most of the team (not all though) is very welcoming and hospitable. I believe Guest Satisfaction is a priority for them and they will make sure to attend well to your stay.

Room size is compact but suitable to manage 2 people in the room coming back to rest in their space. They have nice balconies but the furniture is incomplete as they kept one chair per table for double rooms. Towels are not in great condition, a bit overly used and washed… this gives the impression of using poorly presented towels. The hotel doesn’t present sustainable solution by using the existing shower amenities. Last but not least the arrival experience could have been better for me, but that wouldn’t be a reason for not returning to the hotel in the future.

I stayed here for almost a month and it was a lovely welcome to Lebanon. Very clean and comfortable environment with a good continental breakfast selection and fast WiFi. Thank you to Paul, Amira and Ahmad, who were very friendly and welcoming during my stay. The downtown neighborhood is not as busy as other ones in Beirut, but there's still a decent number of restaurants around the hotel, as well as Zaitunay Bay nearby and the grocery store at Beirut Souks about 2 blocks away.

It’s my fourth time staying here and it never disappoints. I never had any issues and the location is perfect. Everyone greets you with warmth and cheerfulness. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amira who was extremely helpful and kind. Her energy was absolutely fantastic. Not to mention Ahmed who was the first person I met when I first stayed here and he’s a backbone here and he treats the guests as guests of his own home.

Would like to see some room renovations in the near future. Good luck!

The hotel is well located in the downtown area of beirut. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. However the bathroom is very out dated and could do with attention and upgrade. Housekeeping staff were great and the front reception team were always welcoming and able to help when required
