I had such a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They really listened to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay, which made all the difference. The room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. Everything felt clean and inviting from the moment I walked in. The location was also great, making it easy to get around and explore. I truly appreciated how friendly and professional the team was, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

A- The warm welcome from the staff, along with their genuine attentiveness and sincere commitment to ensuring a wonderful stay for guests, is clearly apparent. B- The hotel’s location makes it very convenient to explore Beirut on foot. It serves as a central point connecting downtown Beirut, Phoenicia Street, the bay, and the city at large. C- When it comes to breakfast, this hotel ranks among the top options (if not the very best), catering to those who wish to start their day fully prepared and with a variety of choices. D- This hotel does not solely depend on its location for exceptional food and beverage experiences; in fact, the hotel’s offerings are noteworthy. Breakfast featured an appealing selection of Lebanese, Mediterranean, and French cuisines. Items such as cheese, yogurt, jams, Zaatar, and others were attractively arranged and flavorful. The pastries, bread, cakes, and croissants were unmistakably fresh and delightful.

With their genuine attentiveness, I can barely think of anything we didn’t like.

Excellent choice that exceeded any expectations. Great location in best area in Beirut, still very good value for money. The staff was incredibly amazing. Never experience such hospitality, kindness and care.Staff was like a family and not just staff members. Amira, Paul, Amin, Mamdouh at the front desk and Ahmed the bell captain were all amazing and they are a main reason why we are looking forward not only to stay again at same hotel but also the reason why we want to come back to visit Lebanon again.

The hotel is in the perfect location with all the best restaurants and cafes and clubs etc , and is clean and tidy and has everything you need . The stand out was however the service we received from all the staff but in particular Amira at the front desk. She is absolutely wonderful in every way. Sweet, kind and did everything she could to accomodate all our requests. We felt so at home we extended twice , and she made it seamless and easy. Thank you Amira for your amazing service . We have stayed at 3 hotels over the last month and this by far was the best experience because of you.

This was my third stay at Ramada Wyndham Downtown. As before, the whole team were brilliant. The housekeeping team do a great job and maintain rooms to a high standard and ensure everything is spotless. Also, the front of house/reception team were always brilliant and happy to help with any queries. The hotel is located a walking distance from various cafes and restaurants and other places of interest.

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. I really hope the hotel management look into this as currently this is the only issue to highlight.

This was not my first stay at Wyndham Ramada Beirut, and I keep choosing it for its unbeatable location. Easily accessible from the airport and centrally situated near all my favorite spots in Beirut, it remains my top choice. The room size is decent, and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. This time, we were warmly greeted by the Front Office Manager, Mr. Paul Salameh, who truly stands out. His attentive approach and familiarity with guests make a significant difference. He prepares for arrivals by reviewing past comments and strives to address any concerns from previous stays, which is commendable.

However, I did experience some issues. The internet was interrupted on the day of check-out, which was quite frustrating. Although the team explained it was a provider issue, it still affected my plans. Additionally, I noticed that the towels in the room were overused and of poor quality—definitely something that needs attention. Despite these minor setbacks, I will always return to this hotel for the fantastic service and prime location.

First of all I would like to Thank the amazing , humble , professional staff Paul , Hicham, Amira , Amin and Ahmad they showed extra ordinary care and made us feel like home The location of hotel is perfect best restaurant around and there are near by markets and shops in the heart of Beirut so close the beach and very easy to find transport Also the staff helped getting taxi and transfer The room perfectly clean and equipped with all needed things well designed and nice The facilities prefect Bed and pillows so comfortable The ambiance so quite perfect for business travellers and also for couples They also gave us complementary chocolate give it was so kind of them I can say this is a 4 stars hotel but 7 stars service The value of money is reasonable

the location was great, the room was comfortable, and the parking space was very convenient, which made the stay even easier. The team at the hotel was truly exceptional. Amira, the reservation supervisor, was incredibly helpful and supportive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mr. Ahmet from valet parking was always kind and ready to assist. Wassim and his colleague in the breakfast area provided great service with a welcoming attitude, and Paul was equally supportive and attentive. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
