With the price paid, It's good enough for me and family enjoy short break. The breakfast is simple but have some vareirty too (where i thought a very super simple bfast with no choices). Beach is just walking distance. The pool for kids is just simple pools, cause we we're explore desaru so we didnt managed to dip in the pool. room was clean and room service change the linen and towel every day on our stay. All staff here is so friendly and helpful.

Room is adequately spacious for us with 3 kids. The water pressure in rain shower was soooooo good!

The water drain in the toilet was quite slow. We ended up buying scraper from DIY to push the water away.

- My kids enjoy swimming & playing slide at the swimming pool. - The security guard at the swimming pool are really friendly. - The location is strategic. Easy to find breakfast, lunch & dinner. The BASA restaurant at the Kampung Nelayan serve delicious food!

- Lack of cleanliness. The swimming pool need to be clean because the water seems to be cloudy. - The building need some renovation & new paint to make it look more presentable.

the front desk lady tried to cheat our deposit. Yet if it’s a mistake, she doesn’t apologise and try to challenge the customer instead of being friendly.

the room was okay, clean, net and comfy. Surprisingly the food at the reastaurant was really nice. as well as the other facility like swimming pool, with beach view at the back. i love it.

when we were to check out at the morning like at 830 am, there were few fierce monkey about to attack us near the car. and they climbed on the car leaving dirty spot. maybe you can find the alternative to chase the agressive monkeys before they act even worse.

I like everything about it.. the room is spacious, the bed is great, the view is great, the pool is great

Monkeys and tile floor in room (need to bring your own slippers if you cant stand the cold tile) but because of the tile theres no stenchy smells

Value for money. A place to sleep over at desaru

Limited parking lots for motorcycle. Can't park my motorcycle behind my room block even when there are ample empty car parking lots. Not flexible in this situation. Had to walk all the way to the lobby side to take something from my motorcycle.

The breakfast is worth the penny, location also good , we did watch sunrise in the morning (very nice !!!) During Check in and check out we enjoyed the smooth process. The bed also so comfy 🥰🥰

Not so clean swimming pool (around the slide built in), Villa's toilet not crystal clean but all functioning well. Mirror at Villa toilet also need improvement. No mirror except in the toilet.

Love the ambience..the front desk staff Mr Saidon was very polite,welcoming & helpful.He briefed on everything that i wanted to ask..

The bedsheet was a bit stained & there were traces of newly cut hairs on the bed
