Good location, in a peaceful part of town that is still within close proximity to little India and Ipoh old town. There is also a bus station a stone's throw away with buses going to the main bus terminal of the city and the railway station is very close as well, which makes things very convenient if you're using either of those modes of transport. The staff were also very friendly and caring. On realizing I was travelling alone, they provided me with some tips for safety and as I had a late bus, they also very kindly stored my bag after I checked out. The room was comfortable as well, with everything you could need for a short stay including a little curation of books for guests to read in the cupboard which was a nice touch.

The room didn't have a window but I knew that when booking it and as it was a short stay, it didn't bother me much. I'd also recommend using Grabs or taxis to get round at night as the walk from old town to the hotel, while perfectly pleasant during the day, can feel a bit intimidating at night.

Well what I really liked about this hotel is the staffs were really so friendly or helpful.All basic facilities or amenities were provided in the room. Last but not least what really impressed me the most is a staff of yours named Nelson even safeguarded my car where I accidentally or never realized that my left hand side car mirror was left opened the whole night.

There are some rowdy characters especially some indians in the streets where you to be extra careful or keep an eye on & never ever invite any strangers or unknown ppl to the room or hotel.

The place is so well located for us since we wanted a place near to Little India Ipoh. And it is just a 7 minutes drive away. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and she is wiling to let us know where to eat and incase if we need to buy things there is a 24 hours mini mart just two doors away.

So everything is super nice and we feel we must say a thousand good things about Casa Colney. Keep up the good work Thiban. You guys deserve it

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Water was included in the room rate. Ideal for a short stay. The location was ok, the walk in to town centre is a bit further but doable and the property has everything you need if you're out and about to explore Ipoh. Great value for money!

It was a little bit noisy during the night, but I don't think it came from inside the property.

Everything was devastating! Love this place! Good staff and clear information at the receptionist! There's netflix and the room is various. The place is strategic because it is very near the rail station and all tourist attractions. Toilet very clean ! superb. The pillow and bed are soft and very comfy! Nice staying there ! Highly recommended for first timers come to ipoh!

This stay was one of my best stay in Ipoh. The staff is friendly and polite. I reach the hotel around 1am and yet they still welcome me wit a smile and even helped me to on the aircond and light earlier before i step into the room. The room is so spacious and clean. Worth to pay. Highly recommended and looking forward to back again for my next stay.

We had a super comfortable short stay at Casa Colney! The bed, linen and towels were all plush and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious making the shower really nice and refreshing. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to.

The location is not as central as other ones, but grab to the main area is about 6 myr which is very manageable

The rooms and the hotel is very clean and aesthetic. Very near to all the attractions. The staffs are very friendly and they will suggest many good places for you to go eat if you asked them. Really worth for money and definitely staying only here whenever we travel to Ipoh again.

Comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was within walking distance to the train but a little too far from shops. Would have been great to have more advance warning that payment by CASH only for room on arrival. Very hard to sort when no ATM handy to location.

The staff were absolutely amazing! We arrived slightly later than expected and they really went above and beyond to make sure we found somewhere to eat. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean.
