the place near many attractions place such as concubines lane,birch memorial tower, ipoh war memorial and many more. and it also near to the ktm which you can have access travel many more place than ipoh.

I got the room with broken tv so it was a quiet night, but it not a big deal cz these day people more enjoy playing phone than watching tv, then the plug in my room only have one, and for me with two people it was not enough if you have more electronic devices to charge, and lastly, the electric iron has only one and it was at the ground floor and not at every floor, if you want to iron more clothes need to bring some person to hold you clothes cz there is no hanging place for you clothes.

The hotel is easy to locate, has free parking, and relatively near to banks and eateries. Miker Pizza and the field are just walking distance. Check in and check out are quick and easy, staff is friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the ground floor. There's also an elevator for higher rooms, so definitely a good choice for families with kids or elderly. Room is good, bed is super comfy, air-conditioning is adjustable, shower comes with bath foam and shampoo, and hot water. Room also comes with a kettle, TV, hangars, and clean towels. Power plugs are plenty so that's a plus point, as well as the prayer sign (Kiblat). We're very satisfied with the rooms and had a great sleep!

Maybe there should be a hair dryer in the room

Location was excellent as we travelled by train and the hotel is a 5-8 min walk from the train station. It is also within 10-15min walking distance to most city attractions and notable eateries. You can walk to the biggest mall in Ipoh (about 20-30 mins walk) although going via Grab or taxi would be more comfortable (& no sweat!). Room is cosy and the dim yellow lights in ours set a romantic feel for old couple like us. There is a washing machine in the back although you need to seek hotel's permission to use. But no dryer so you have to dry your clothes in your room (in whatever way you could). There are 3 big banks on the same street so you can draw money via VISA/Master from the ATMs. We are happy

Our mattress was the soft type. We both prefer hard mattress which would be more therapeutic for our backs. But it is what it is. We can live with it so its a 'don't like' but not too negatively don't like.

Central location. Air-con was possible to set in freezing cold, and it also did keep the concrete room in chilled state which I appreciated.

Personnel asked me several times if have I paid the extra taxes (tourism, city). The tourism tax was already in the prepaid room price, clearly stated. And I did pay the newly established city tax in cash at check-in. Yes and yes, sir!

We love the room as it is clean and comfortable. We love the interior design. The location is fantastic as it is located in the old town with lots of colonial buildings and cafes. 7-Eleven is just 150 meters away. Simply love it.

Car parking is a slight hassle. So make sure you download Flexi Parking App. Otherwise, check with reception for more information. Also, it would be great if the hotel can put mugs and drinking water in the room. Due to COVID, you have to get your mugs and drinking water from the pantry.

great location close to train station around 6/8 minutes if walk, close to concubine lane plan B some cafe. staff really nice give me early check in while I really tired, all staff love to smile. comfort place to sleep

my room opposite the road so quite noisy . a bit small for my family, no ironing board and iron inside the room ( avaialble at downstairs), door of toilet / bathroom no lock and there is a gap in between the door and wall (can see from outside).

Location is really good, very close to railway station as well as those must-visit heritage/cultural sites. Counter staff around only from 7am to 3pm. Practice self check in. There’s cold and hot water dispenser available. Counter staff responsive to feedback. Nice decor.

The hotel staffs other than the owner don’t understand English at all, it is super hard to communicate with them.

Central to old town, street art etc Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again really good value.

Everything good nothing to dislike, although we didn't realise ironing board and iron by water dispenser in kitchen area til too late.
