I am very satisfied with the facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, just nice for two people. There was a well-functioning air conditioner, a TV, and free Wi-Fi that was quite fast. The check-in process was very quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel’s location is also very strategic. Overall, the experience was satisfying and worth the price paid. I recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a simple yet comfortable stay.

Noisy from the road from midnight until morning like they dont sleep 😅 , i book 3 room but television one room not function at all and second room too slow function. No lift. Toilet window make me feel not comfortable at night even the window have roller blinds 😅please making the note or step to use the shower,my family member especially the older they dont know how to use the shower.

Mosque wakes me up at 5am Noisy fossil fuel vehicles sometimes use the road as speedway

Clean room; with comfortable bed, big wc shower, near many restaurant and old town, staff is friendly, the staff gently help me to cary my heavy luguage up to the 3 floors

There is a Mosque 100 m away so every prier you imagine, there is big traffic with road next hotel so is quit noizy, neighboor noizy at night no body care, room was on 3 floor no lift,

The location is excellent, walking distance to the eateries, the mosque and also to my event place at the Railway Station. The staff is friendly, ready to assist us even though we had an early check-in.

The toilet is quite small. Since it is in town, it is a bit noisy with the sound of cars and motorcycles roaming on the road at night.

Thr room is clean, the air condition has scented satchet attatch to it making the room smells good. The place is close to some tourist attraction and restaurant.

There are some machine at the corridor keep turning on and off every 5-10 second creating some noise at night, it makes me unable to sleep well.

Nice, helpful staff. Quick help, when power broke down in our room at 11 pm. We were quickly switched to another room.

Mosque directly across the street; not really the hotels fault, but it was quite annoying to be awoken by the muezzin calls at 6:30 am.

Front counter staff were friendly, showed us our room and told us places we may be interested in. 😀

Was unsure if the reviews but staff are trying to fix any issues. New technology door handle being installed too. Not that we had a problem.

Fantastic service, the staff was really lovely and assisted the elderly in our group up to the room for early check in. Although there’s no lift, the staff kindly accommodated our request for the lowest floor room as my grandmother had difficulty climbing the stairs
