Amazing location, decor and breakfast

Shower tiles are slippery. I fell and hurt my leg. Could have been my head. When I informed the staff, their response was ‘oh, some people have mentioned this before’…. Please - do something before someone gets seriously hurt

i think the idea of charging the parking on an entry basis was absolutely ridiculously unacceptable. its not about the money. i guess if you are in the parking business better dont do a hospitality business. hotels is about making sure the client are happy with all the facilities even with the parking …please review the idea of charging every entry to the carpark..should have been flat rate for guest

Nice location, Imperial is 10mins walk.

1. The room service was unavailable. My spouse and wanted to have a glass of juice, however, even the in-house ground floor cafe (Atotis) had already closed. We had to go out again to get drinks. 2. We stayed in Junior Suites, we found some of the smooth surface are covered with dust. (not too much, but enough to trigger my sinus). Dust was found on the side table, on the metal of the bed lamp, on the faucets of bath tub.

Its clean, comfy bed, service was v.good! MOSTLY so impressed with the modern & beautiful design hotel! 5⭐️

No chair, can improve cleaning under d wooden bench in the bathroom..

I love how they put a surprise swan towels and petals for my parent's room as it was their anniversary. Thank you so much!! Really appreciated that. The fact that I got myself the biggest area on the floor is a plus, but i do wonder why they put my sister in it at first as it was single occupancy, but what I personally love the most is the comfortable bed and pillows, the room is clean as well. The bathroom is very pleasing to the eyes, I hope it's kept that way forever. Breakfast had great selection and very flavourful, my family loved it so much.

Some rooms can portray as a bit small, including ours, but my bathroom area was quite big. The bathroom floor could use a bit of more scrubbing as it felt a bit slippery when wet due to soap scums i believe but you can't really see it unless you shower in it. Space to pray was challenging but we made it happen. When i said it was clean, it was on the things that we could see, but the ironing board and iron was a bit dusty, not sure why. Breakfast was good but the pastry and some of the cake feels a bit hard and stale even when heated.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Double Room at Mercure Hotel, Miri for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say—it was a beautiful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, and I genuinely felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Pros: 1. The warm welcome from the front office staff made check-in smooth and heartwarming—it was such a pleasant start. 2. The room was clean, cozy, and just the right size for a relaxing stay. 3. I absolutely loved the washroom, especially the turquoise tiles (my favorite!), the mini pipe for drinkable water, and the open space concept for hanging clothes. 4. The little sofa by the window was a nice touch—great for lounging and enjoying the view. 5. Lighting in the room was perfect, with a beautiful ambiance that made the space feel modern and inviting.

Not much, but a few pointers, below. 1. The pillows could be improved, and my bed felt a bit soft for my liking—though that might’ve just been specific to my room. 2. While soundproofing was mostly good, I could still hear noise from the next room when things got loud. 3. Lastly, the Buffet Breakfast was a huge letdown, even though the settings were good. Despite these minor issues, I really fancied the hotel overall. The complimentary gelato ice cream was such a sweet surprise—it truly sweetened my stay!

Love the design of the hotel. Very modern and the toilet is so nice!

Parking is not free and is charged on per entry basis. Vehicle lift is limited hence the long queue to park the car.

We decided to book a room here to celebrate our 10-year Wedding Anniversary, as we loved it the first time we stayed. We added a special request for a high floor & quiet room, which were met with, but Mercure did something extra special for our special day. The bed was beautifully decorated with petals and a slice of chocolate coffee cake was ready for us in the room, wishing us a happy anniversary. It was a beautiful gesture, as we weren't expecting it following our boring experience the previous years at another hotel in the area. We had yet another wonderful stay here this time. It was perfect in every way. Breakfast was delicious & full of variety, and the whole vibe of the hotel was just fun & intimate. Please keep it up, and thank you, Mercure. Special thanks to the Director of Rooms Gargit Singh & his team for making our special day extra special!

I love the comfy bed, easily accessible ironing board, parking space, the gym and overall aesthetics of the place! The art alone is enough to make me want to visit again.

The music in the lobby is too loud and overstimulating for me. It was hard to hear the staff who was dealing with my check-in bags. Because there is already so much going on downstairs: cafe, check in counter, art, lights, carts with our bags and people going in and out, I think the music volume could be lowered down so that it is not overwhelming.

Parking: It is called a mechanical parking and it was my first time experiencing it. So cool. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Reception: Quite swift check in considering I arrived a few hours earlier than check in time and very friendly. Unfortunately I did not get to eat the complimentary ice cream. I love how they made it as a reception-cum-cafe counter. Bedroom: I booked the Junior Suite so it was a very spacious room. Bed was super comfy. Flat screen was massive. Bathroom was really nice. Shower was super satisfying. Modern exquisite facilities, too. Despite that I was told this hotel has a haunted 5th and top floor, I slept well through the night. I was put on the 6th floor, though. Amenities: Complete amenities and I love the in-room espresso machine. I also love the bathroom has big bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so I only needed to bring my shower puff. Breakfast: An array of menu dishes and the food I had were delicious. Very fulfilling. Location: Awesome location with walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Permaisuri Imperial City Centre. It was raining though and despite driving to Miri, I let my car 'hibernate' in the parking complex and took Grab, instead which were available all around town.

Nothing bad to say so far. I loved every moment of it.
