We stayed here for 2 nights. 1) Check in was quick, fast and easy. The counter is avaliable 24hours. Check out is quick and simple too. 2) Room is spacious with fan, aircond, thermoflask, cups, stirrer, water x 2 bottles, towels x2, floor towel, Toiletries: toilet paper, toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, hair shampoo and soap. Iron board with iron, and hairdryer are available too. Such a thoughtful hotel. 3) Staffs are all super friendly and efficient. They explained nicely during check in. If we require room make up on 2nd day, can always tell them. However, we do not require it. Check in staff is super friendly and kind. Always put smile on his face. 4) There is water dispenser machine outside the lift. Very convenient as you just need to bring the thermoflask and fill it full. 5) They provided 2 sachets of coffee. After we finished the coffee, we requested and they happily provided us another 2 sachets. 6) Location: near to Sri Muslim restaurant, Servay supermarket, Bake with Yen, Cafés surrounding, bubble tea shops, Watsons with Pharmacy, night Market and etc. Easy to e-hailing. 7) It is super near to airport: we arrived airport within 7mins on the day of departure using e-hailing at 6am. No worries, there is friendly staff to check you out. 8) Room is super clean and there is TV available. 9) WiFi: it might have problem to connect to WiFi. But don't worry!! The staff is super nice and they came to reboot the router and I can connect to the WiFi without issues. They are very happy to help us and never show frustrated face. The friendly and helpful stay especially Felix (if I'm not mistaken the one with the blonde hair). The room (family room) is spacious, clean, the bed and pillows are comfy. Near laundry, cafe, store and restaurant. It's a free smoking hotel (blue zone) which is highly recommended for those with kids. Safe for people who drive their own car because there's a security guard at the parking area.

As a non smoking person good to know that this a non smoking hotel

Cant properly close the bathroom door so when you poop you have to hold the door form opening it self 😅

The fact that they have iron, iron board and hair dryer in every room! Some hotels you have to ask from the receptionist, if you're unlucky the iron can be out of stock :( so well done seven hotel! They even have coway so we have enough drinking water supply

Location was great. Easy access to nearby markets and shops. With a cafe beside, and several restaurants nearby, it was really nice. Room wise, the lighting was warm (major point for that). Room size was spacious (perfect size) and the bed was really comfortable. Good customer service by the receptionists that attend us.

- Wish it was quiter with soundproof walls :( - The bathroom's door could've been much cleaner. There were visible stains on the glass door. - Slight stains on the bedsheet and comforter but didn't bother us that much. - One of mug that was provided for coffee was dirty.

Love how the location is convenient for access to food, farmarcy and convenient stores. the staffs were very nice and helpful in assisting any inconveniences during our stay.

wished the shower came with instructions on how to use it.

The Room is clean and comfortable to stay. The place is safe and recommended to stay as the price is affordable too.Night Market dan grocery also just near the Hotel.

Facilities great, provide iron and iron board, mineral water inside room and also have water dispenser on each floor..quite decent room for budget hotel

Super close to the airport and a good deal for what it is. We only needed it for one night on a layover but it worked well for us. We stayed in a two twin room. Nothing fancy but it does the basics well. Beds were soft enough for us.

Just a very basic hotel. Nothing flashy. The bedding wasn't the best. Kind of small and not the softest.

The hotel is nearby to Serway supermarket, pharmacy, food stalls, fast food chain as well as night market. Very helpful staff as they assisted me to check the prices of the ferry price.
