We stayed here for 6 days. The room was comfortable and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. On Days 5 and 6, we requested housekeeping service, but were surprised to find an unwashed mug placed on the toilet tank. We also asked for the carpet to be vacuumed, but it was only done once throughout the entire stay. The dressing table and coffee table were also a bit dusty, which was disappointing. We opted for breakfast on one of the days, but unfortunately, the fruits served were not fresh, and most of the food was cold and not properly heated.

Room is much way comfort, really like it with the view which is the best standard for 4 star hotel. Breakfast not so impressed, need more improvement such as menu (certain food are tasteless), do open mini stall for omelet, eggs with variety to choose, need to have coffee machine from coffee beans (expresso shot from coffee bean), and the last thing, improve on tasteless food as 4 star hotel should be gorgeous impressive food and readiness. Certain hotel in that area such 3 star hotel i can say breakfast is superbs like 5 star hotel, but the room are not comfort. Hope this kind of my experience can make improvement in the future.

Already mention. Tasteless food, no stall for omelet, eggs variety to choose, no coffee bean machine expresso.

1. the room was very spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy. 2. our request to extend our stay up till 6pm was met and we could have more time to rest before our night flight. kudos team! 3. there was a massage spa at the property where we could get a good massage at affordable prices

1. the corridor light was very dim which we have highlighted to the staff. 2 .the staff didn't validate the key card properly which had wasted our time to go back to the reception counter to validate it twice. 3. free airport transfer only limited to transfer from airport to the hotel and even though we didn't utilize it, they couldn't allow us to use it for our trip from the hotel to the airport

The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was pretty good. And staff are friendly.

The charging points didn’t match our chargers, and we asked for connector in reception. They could give us only one connector for two, so it was uncomfortable with charging devices. but maybe we should have had our own connectors for that. There were No room shoes. And some furniture were not moved to its place after cleaning.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Furthermore, I was extremely pleased with the politeness and hard work of your staff members. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff is wonderful. All of the employees were kind, polite, and worked hard to accommodate all requests. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was Asian style but I enjoyed the fruit and vegetables ( and the sambal) . The onsite spa was reasonably priced, beautiful, and the staff was also incredibly kind. The pool was empty and refreshing. The gym was simple but clean.

The hotel could definitely use some maintenance. There are visible stains and ripped carpet in the hallways but the staff really makes up for this!

Spacious room for a family. Comfortable big bed. Quiet floor. Friendly staff especially the manager (or supervisor - sorry can't remember) who took time out to chat with us to make sure everything is alright as we are travelling with a special need child. He also gave some recommendation on places that we could go around the area.

It's on a Sunday morning that the swimming pool was crowded and there was a young boy who vomited at the pool so we got out and decided to return to our room.

1. clean, cozy and spacious room 2. breakfast buffet choice was considered okay for its price 3. pool suitable for kids 4. Near to bank, pharmacy, 24 hours shop

1. you need access card to use the elevator. 2. Your access card limited to your room floor only, which means you cannot go to other floors except to the restaurant, pool, lobby and parking. 3. Parking is not free, as guest you need to pay RM5 every time you go out..it would be lovely if the parking free for guest.

The deluxe room was spacious, even the toilet. The bed is probably the most comfiest we have ever experienced in KK. Overall, if you are looking for a mid budget hotel with maximum comfort this is it.

The location is perfect for transit but still quite far away from the center. The hotel's facilities and room furniture feels aged and mature but makes up for comfort and cleanliness.
