Can't put into words how perfect everything was.

The only two notes are: - Even with half board, they charge you for drinks at dinner, even water, and no you can't even bring your own which is weird - The villa pool isn't heated, paid a lot extra for the villa with poold ended up not using it at all because it was too cold (End of January)

Very good cleaning team and other staff also. Was changed our villa to 218 perfect villa…

russian, more then half of customers from “error” And for no reason staff starting to communicate to us in russian, from first to last day same problem

Facilities, welcoming, cleaning, and staff

Less activities in the resort like outside trips, and there is a resturant which not open every day, and checkout was not perfect like check in

The Vellasaru experience starts from the point you come out of the airport to the point you hand your bags at the airline counter. It was amazing throughout. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. The island was really well maintained. And honestly we could not ask for more. Views were amazing, marine life was decent and plenty of activities to keep you busy for 5 days. My little one did not want to leave the island and wanted to buy a house in the Maldives 😀

Food options for lunch and dinner were limited, but not a put off.

* As always cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, quality of food, the assistance of the curtuous duty manager at the first day, the upgrade deal, room service speed, porters assistance, quality of the rooms, the view, the massage staff, the timings of pick ups and millions of other exceptional things that will make me Come back soon again and again. *Menus need more international options *As only few restaurants on the Island need to extend time for their service 22:00 is too early to close. *Kids club is missing, there is so much espace and it will be a great advantage * need more activities, parties, games music around and about.

We had an amazing time at Velassaru! The hotel is absolutely beautiful — everything from the beaches to the landscape is perfectly maintained. What really stood out to us was the staff: everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our bungalow was incredible, we stayed in an overwater bungalow with a private pool, and it was just perfect. The view was amazing, especially at sunset, and we loved being able to jump straight into the sea or relax in the pool in total privacy. The coral reef just in front was a great spot for snorkeling! The food was great, and we especially loved the fact that they serve cava at breakfast — such a nice touch!

Only a downside is that drinks aren’t included, so just something to be aware of. If you go snorkeling, watch out for the titan triggerfish — it’s a cool experience but definitely not a fish you want to mess with! And the prices of water activities, tours and spa are a bit high.

Wonderful gateway to recharge yourself. Island was very clean. Staffs are very friendly and co-operative. Weekly experiences are very good for those who are energetic and active during holidays (we are more vacation means eat, drink and just relax kinda couple..haha!). We liked the food. Breakfast is amazing. For rest of the dining we mainly used the In Villa dining experience and it was just as fine. Nice blend in cocktails and mocktails. Pool was amazing. View from the villa is soothing. We ejoyed the sun rise every morning. It was a spectacular view. Lighting in evening around the resturants and bar and main pool adds to the attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much in the island.

There is nothing to put blemish. However, i did feel that the In Villa dining experiences could be enhanced. Or might even be an exclusive holiday package option. Just a constructive feedback for the management if you would like to consider. Cheers!

The staff here are super chill and friendly The service was top‑notch from start to finish. They surprised us with private room upgrade - total bonus, Even after we checked out, they went above and beyond—found one of my missing AirPods I’d been hunting for, which was amazing. Free ice cream? Yaaaaaaes And breakfast? Soooo yummy One night, I spotted a little lizard and called for help, and the team showed up lightning fast. Honestly, 10/10 experience. Big love to the crew for making our stay awesome I had the most amazing massage by Kintsho—she’s seriously talented. I went for the sleep & relax massage, and wow… I slept like a baby. Huge shout‑out to Kintsho for her magic hands 🙏 The activities team was also super friendly and really knew how to make everyone have a great time

I just wish they had a little store with authentic local goodies and souvenirs, plus a few bicycles to ride around That would’ve made the experience even more perfect!”

choices were excellent, location was fine

there were a few things I didn't like, first the open bathroom which made me very nervous, especially when I had to use the toilet in the middle of the night, second, the room lighting was a bit dim even with all the lamps on, there should have been an option for brighter lighting... and being a non swimmer, a safety rail around the pool would have made the experience much more enjoyable...

the food was amazing. i was only hoping that they have more salad options on the buffet like they used to do couple of years ago
