I loved everything about my stay at Park Heights. Super easy to check in and the property itself was immaculate and modern. The calming tones throughout the services apartment were so soothing. I particularly loved that to access your room there isn’t a key, it’s a key pad with a code- this took away the stress of constantly remembering your key! From my room I had beautiful views of sunrise and spent each morning on the balcony with a coffee before enjoying an extremely powerful shower. The purpose of my trip was to explore and this was perfect for it. I was in a perfect location to do just that and more! i explored Valletta, st Julian’s, Msdia, Mdina, Gozo and more so easily! I will most definitely be back! All the staff I met from reception to housekeeping were so helpful throughout my stay, it felt like a home away from home.

Cozy rooms, they have everything you need. The kitchen has dishes. High-quality cleaning, nice staff. The rooftop pool has a perfect view. Well equipped gym. The bus stop is right under the hotel. The reception desk gives out towels for the pool, although each employee tells different information about them. (Someone told us that we need to return them as soon as we stop using them, and someone else said that one is given for all days. One said that you can take them to the beach, another that you can't.)

We lived on the 8th floor, maybe that's why we had poor water pressure. Even the photos show soap accessories of the Rituals brand, but it feels like the shower gel does not foam well, most likely, the jars are filled with the cheapest soap.

Absolutely LOVELY hotel with even more amazing staff, specially in the reception! I have nothing to complain about, ( or you always want it to be a bit cheaper though but ...;) ) Brand new building and pool on the roof, great food, lovely service, cleaning perfect - big apartments with kitchen possibilities, balconies and again - LOVELY staff! Highly recommend! AND not forget .... pet-friendly! Which me and my Dog was more than happy about, GREAT initiative to understand the value in that, specially in Malta!

Only thing is the rates, but again, Malta and summertime... it is what it is.

A warm welcome upon check-in where I was greeted by my name and a lovely chat. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Temperature easy to set based on personal preferences. Perfect location if you have to visit several places around Sliema, Gzira, Msida and Valletta. All easy to reach with Bolt within 10-15mins and several busses are available next to the hotel as well. The university campus is close by (5-10 min walk) with a proper sized Welbee's to do groceries in case you prefer to cook. Kitchenette with all basic supplies. Gym and rooftop terrace with a pool. The staff from the bar/restaurant one floor below was also very friendly and brought my order up to the pool terrace instead of making me wait. Will definitely return next time I visit Malta.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet, our room was clean, very spacious and well decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel's location is at the intersection of major bus lines, and location between Valetta and St. Julian's makes it easy to explore the cities.

Parts of the hotel are still under construction, their breakfast is very basic, you basically don't see any other guests, even at the pool.

Newly build modern hotel in a good location (close to Valetta and Sliema, with bus stops next to hotel), friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a rooftop where breakfast is served and you can swim in the pool. The pool is quite small but the view is great and you can see Valetta and the sea while swimming. The room has been quite big with modern interior and included a kitchen. Overall we have been very happy with our stay.

Some vegetables and eggs would be a great addition to the breakfast.

The continental breakfast was as good as if not better than expected and the staff were all absolutely amazing. Kiara was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, with the biggest smile I have ever seen. It was simply a delight to see her on the front desk. The hotel has an exceptional view of Valetta and surroundings from the upper floors and the breakfast terrace . The underground parking was worth its weight in parking tickets. The room service was a perfect balance between cleaning and not disturbing.

The one and only complaint was that we especially booked the hotel for its rooftop pool which was closed for maintenance for our entire stay which is understandably unavoidable but would have allowed the review to be exceptional. I really have no complaints and would happily stay at the hotel again but this time I would call ahead to make sure the pool was operational.

We stayed in two interconnected suites which eaxh had an ensuite bathroom, living area, galley kitchen and balcony. The rooms were very modern, comfortable and well equipped (Nespresso machines, fridge, TV in the living room and another opposite the bed. The curtains were blackout and the air-conditioning kept the room cool. The location suited us as we were visiting the university and Valletta was a short Uber ride away.

The apartments are located on a busy intersection and skatepark below so the views are very urban. It's not a nice area to walk around. There was no on site restaurant open during our visit (October) but we had breakfast in the cafe next door.

Good value for money, the apartment is spacious and well equipped.

The air conditioner wasn’t cooling but we’ve found a way to fix it. The neighbors next door were a bit loud (a group of Italian teenagers) which was a bit unfortunate. The deposit of €100 is required upon checking in, and if you come from Europe mainland make sure you bring an adapter, as the hotel doesn’t rent those and you’ll need to buy one.
