We had a 5-night stay in the ground floor apartment. It's good that the terrain behind the building is lower, so even though we were on the ground floor, we still had a balcony. The apartment is 3 minutes away from the bus stop. It's important for people living in Europe to know that the power sockets are of the British standard and an adapter is needed to use them. The apartment had one adapter, and we bought another one from Valletta. Another useful piece of information: the switch for the water heater is outside, low down next to the door. It took us a while to find it.

- the floor was quite dirty, you can tell that cleaning is not well done. Found socks and a lot of dust under the bed, even a tooth brush under the sofa. If you walk without shoes on the floor, your feet will turn black -water pressure was very poor -the walls are thin and the windows are not closing well so you’ll hear lots of noise from the street, depending on what apartment you get. Our upstairs neighbors were quite loud around 5 AM -washing machine was leaking

I stayed at this apartment for over two weeks, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as shown in the photos – very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The apartment felt bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and a calm, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for my things. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made remote work smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better – close to public transportation, supermarkets, and some really nice local cafés and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, perfect for a longer stay. The host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a short or extended period.

- the flat was ready earlier than 15.00 ( many thanks!!!) - allocation of the flat, very close to everything - children playground, supermarkets are not far from the flat - clean, comfortable, light - super comfortable big bed - less comfortable, but good sofa bed 🛌 - Waschmaschine works and helps us to be fresh and clean 😉 the clothes dry very quick, the sunny side of the balcony helps - elevator - stylish and very clean areas inside on the floors - very helpful Julian (thank you for all!!), he solved immediately some issues - service BOLT is very helpful and it has good prices - the view is nice, old buildings and some walking cats 🐈 around there

- it would be great to have a bit bigger Smart TV with possibilities to have YouTube or something else - powder for the Waschmaschine would be great - fire alarm at 00 in the night 😁😏

Property: I was traveling with my (older) parents, for whom comfort and cleanliness are a priority. To that noted we actually had an excellent experience staying at Elise Apartments in Gzira. Our ground-floor apartment was spotless, very well-equipped, and perfectly located. Super clean apartment with a nice AC unit to make the stay more comfortable (although in late May we did not need the AC as much). Everything we needed was right nearby — from cafés and shops to the Sliema/Gzira ferry and bus stops, though we mostly used Bolt, which was very convenient - and rather cheaper for a group of 3 compared to using buses - from this area. It’s a peaceful, quiet place where we felt completely at home. Host: A special thank you to Julien, our host. He was fantastic — always quick to respond to our questions and extremely considerate, especially towards my older parents. His thoughtful and kind approach made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet such a genuine and attentive host. We would gladly stay here again and warmly recommend Elise Apartments and Julien to anyone visiting Malta! 😊

Nice location, quiet street. The building itself had a reception and vending machine which we found useful with two kids! The apartment is very nice, clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is no view but this was duly communicated and frankly did not affect us at all, enough light. The master bed is very comfortable. Supermarkets in the area, walking distance to the marina and Sliema, bus to Valetta stops nearby.

I can suggest adding a few kitchen knives and a chopping board to the kitchen equipment, which was fine.

The apartment was very clean, it is near bus stations so you can easily go to every corner of Malta. Near there is a shops and restaurants. Apartment is equipped with kitchen so you can prepare meals. Also they have locker room where you can put luggage before and after check-in/chec-out. Hosts respond to messages very quickly. I take pictures on last day, so our stuff is a round. location is perfect for those who wants to explore Malta.

There is a windows but is looking in middle of the building so there is a lack of nature lights. But since we whole day were outside it wasn't problem to us.

The location is great as a starting point for exploring the island - it's close to the bus stops and to the ferry. The apartment itself is clean, well furnished and spacious. We booked the one facing the wall, but it wasn't a problem, as we spent most of the time outside. The communication with the hosts has been excellent - from the moment we booked till the end of our vacay they were at our disposal for all the questions. Check-in and check-out without any hussle. Storage room is a huge plus - we didn't have to lose time on the first and the last day, since there are lockers for the luggage included in the price. It has been a lovely experience! :)

Everything was great.

Th apartment was close to bus stops, near a lot of shops and convenience stores, even fresh fish shops and asian markets shops, and a walking distance to Sliema. The place was really modern and we made use of all the facilities available. It was worth the money and I highly recommend if you’re in Malta. Julien was responsive enough when we needed something and I like how you can leave your stuff in the lockers if it’s not your check in yet. Will put the apartment up in my vlog. 😊

Noise from other rooms can be heard when they’re noisy even though there’s a note of not making too much noise after 10pm.

I had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location—perfect for exploring Malta. I stayed alone, but the space is perfectly suitable for up to 3 people. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities were good, although the kitchen could use a bit more equipment, like an extra pan or a cutting board and the broken coffee maker makes brewing tricky but manageable. The WiFi signal was very weak in most parts of the apartment and didn’t work at all in the bedroom.
