Excellent location, tidy rooms, super helpfull staff

Sound isolation was not ideal, you can hear people talking in other rooms, i suggest to bring earplugs if you are sensitive sleeper

We liked everything: the spacious room, the modern hotel, the very friendly and helpful staff. I especially liked the tea, coffee and milk which was provided every day, free of charge. It was so nice to wake up and start the day with a cup of coffee before seeing all the wonders that Malta has to offer.

The hotel was great!! The room exceeded our expectations as it was even better in real life providing everything we could have wanted for our short trip to Malta. Bonus points for the facilities such as the coffee, the great views of the terrace on the 4th floor and the pool which we didn’t use. Additionally the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel helping us and giving tips and recommendations about our stay on the island!

The only negative feedback I could come up with is the bathroom curtain which need replacement and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfy.

I liked it a lot because the accommodation is in a traditional and tastefully renovated house. Check-in was very easy even though the reception was closed (i had a late flight and the reception is open untill 5pm)... I was pleasantly surprised by the care I received throughout my stay (Gabi was very attentive to my needs)... Communication was easy and very prompt ...I really appreciated the warmth & professionalism of Gabi and the presence & professionalism of Benita... The room is arranged with taste in the smallest details & it was perfect for me. Located in the Ta Xbiex area, 35 minutes from Valletta and 25 from Sliema (walking) and no more than 10 minutes by bus. It is very close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the seafront... and if you want to reach the whole island you can use the different buses that have stops relatively close to the hotel (a ticket costs 2 euros but you have the possibility to take a valid card for 7 days which costs 25 euros). Malta is a land of stories where wherever you go you find fairy tale landscapes and valuable historical artifacts...I will definitely come back!!

Was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist, gave me recommendations and tips for my stay and travels. The room itself felt very nice and cosy, almost felt like home. I loved that the hotel wasn’t very big which meant there was little to no noise coming from the hallway. Location is great, close to the cafes and a bus stop, also walking distance to Valleta (if you like longer walks)

The only things I didn’t like about the property was that the fuse box in my room was buzzing quite loud, not sure if it’s the same in all the other rooms though. And that the vending machine upstairs doesn’t take card as I didn’t bring any cash with me! Other than that all great

In our opinion this hotel has only advantages -it is well located and very clean (the cleaning ladies do their best every day to make the rooms sparkle). The cozy rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment. Guests can use the restaurant hall with a kitchen, where you can prepare any meals. At the reception you receive written information about bus connections to interesting places, nearby restaurants and a few other things that will certainly interest tourists. Everything is buttoned up to the last detail. And what appealed to me the most was the cordiality, kindness and willingness to help, going far beyond the obligatory professionalism. The location was very good, close to many bus stations both to Valletta and to other destinations across Malta, we received information in our language at the reception which we appreciated very much, the staff was very kind, the room was cleaned daily also clean towels, very hot water in the shower and with very good pressure, the rooms ar modern, spacious and cozy. Many restaurants in the area, as well places to have breakfast. Air conditioning in the room that also has a heat function, fast internet. It should be taken into consideration that in Malta the sockets are UK type, but we had an adapter in the room, also the sockets have a USB port in you don't have an adapter. Also we visited Malta in January, and the floor was a little bit cold and slippers would have been useful, but it's about preferences. We recommend it as a location for a holiday in Malta.

The room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with a nearby bus stop providing convenient connections to other parts of the island. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay. Daily cleaning services were provided, and towels were replaced promptly upon request. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, adding to the overall convenience. Additionally, the hotel features an elevator for easy access. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and would gladly choose to stay here again on a future visit to Malta.

The room was spacious & rustic with wooden floor, furniture & a concrete ceiling. It was comfortable & clean with facilities for hot drinks, fridge & a sitting area. Using blinds instead of curtains is a great idea! The location is excellent in terms of dining options & transport. Very friendly & helpful receptionists. Good value for money!

The reception isn't open frim 7.30/8.30pm, so entry is through a code & self check in services. The room number isn't very visible even though the corridor is lit.We found the bathroom mirror, hooks & hangers in the wardrobe a little too high; perhaps we're rather short ourselves!😁

As a guest, you see directly that at this place they truly care about their visitors, know what good service is and strive to create a great place for stay. I was received as a dear guest by very warm and welcoming Gabriela, whose level of engagement and service indeed impressed. The information was ample and useful and covered everything needed for my comfortable stay at the hotel and on Malta in general. On top of that, my room was upgraded free of charge from Standard to Deluxe. The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. All the facilities are in good shape. The area is nice and quite. You can easily and quickly get to the city center with buses. Great value for money and definitely a great choice for comfortable and pleasant stay!
