We had an enjoyable stay in a very clean and comfortable room. The bed was especially cozy, and the balcony overlooking Malta’s capital was a lovely bonus. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Valletta, which was exactly why we booked, as we were able to enjoy a nice dinner out on foot.The breakfast was delicious, the staff were warm and professional, and the coffee machine at reception was a very thoughtful touch. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, we did see it—it has a unique, cave-like design that looked very inviting. All in all, a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location.

The TV channels were mostly set to German/Austrian (with some English ones switched to German/Austrian audio), which was a bit frustrating given that English is one of Malta’s national languages, it wasn't a major issue for us since we only stayed one night. Still, it might be worth adjusting for future guests.

When I checked in, the receptionist was very courteous and helpful which gave me a very good first impression. The hotel itself is very modern looking, has 4 floors with an elevator. On the 4th floor, you can go to the rooftop and enjoy the view. I never met there anyone probably because I stayed there in December but I can imagine it being a great social place in warmer months especially with the jakuzzi that was covered during my stay. They also have an indoor swimming pool and a gym but I didn't have time to visit them. The hotel room felt spacious and well equipped with everything you may need: tv, fridge, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, AC, phone, etc, etc. I also had a printed welcome note with the all important information that was addressed specifically to me. I never heard noises from outside, always fell asleep easily. Even though, I didn't ask for breakfast, I could still enjoy the coffee machine in the breakfast area and fill up my water bottle there free of charge. Housekeeping service was as good as it gets. They emptied the little garbage bin in the room, did some cleaning and made my bed every day without bothering me. In my opinion, the location is great too since the hotel in Floriana is within walking distance from Valletta and probably less noisy than the hotels in Valletta.

I can't remember anyhing I didn't like, just a note to other visitors: you may need an adapter for Type G outlets unless you're from the UK, Ireland or other countries where it is used normally. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return here in the future.

The staff was absolutely perfect and made this stay such an enjoyable experience, especially the lady at the front desk. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers generally good wifi, was all definitely very very clean and good. Location is absolutely perfect, you can hit the center of Valetta easily by foot and there's plenty of nice restaurants etc around

The room was good, although I could hear some significant noise from the street and there was one part of the window the curtains didn't cover. It was not a deal breaker as I am a heavy sleeper.

Everything was beyond excellent. All the members of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is within 5 minutes walk from Valletta in a very quiet and safe area. Bus stops are 2 minutes away. There are restaurants and cafe shops within 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel offers free coffee and water 24 hours a day. There is a modern and big elevator. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony which was great for two people with a nice view too. The room was very spacious, big and comfortable bed, big bathroom, hot water all the time, daily cleaning, plenty of space for your clothes, european outlets are also a great asset (which I didn't know so I brought adaptors) I really can't think of anything that was missing. All in all it is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The view from the 4th floor is just breathtaking. Highly recommended

Everything was excellent

Great location, within 10-15 minutes to the centre of Valletta and within all the local attractions of Valletta. Fantastic access to get around Malta too as only a 5 minute walk to the bus station which is easy to navigate. The room was massive and very clean! The staff were lovely and even took our bags to the room whilst we were waiting to check in!

Our shower kept going cold after around 10 minutes spent in the shower which was frustrating and freezing. Air con made a loud noise throughout the night too.

The location is good, just a little under 10 mins to the southern gate into Valletta. The hotel was clean and good size. The pool in the basement was nice, but small. I read that it might have been a water cistern originally so it's a nice touch that it was converted into a pool and it was nice to have a roof top terrace.

I had a ground floor room which did not have much natural light and no direct sunlight, no access outside, no balcony or patio, so after five days it started to affect my mood. My advice is that if you are staying more than a couple of nights, ask not to be on the ground floor. I didn't raise it as it was only 2/3 days in that I realised, so I went up to the roof top as often as I could.

Great location and very friendly and informative staff. Nice continental breakfast, but there was no toaster!. Free coffee and water in reception which is a nice touch.

Building work is on going on a daily basis, pool not available, no coffee in the room. The website says free transfer if staying 5 nights. We stayed 7 nights but did not qualify because we booked through Booking.com

The hotel is clean and a "small" one. I liked my room. It was located in the third floor and it had a balcony. The hotel is not inside the touristic area of Valleta (downtown), it is approx. 2 blocks away from it (depends how you cound the blocks). In any case it is walking distance from downtown. Hence the area a bit more quiet and still walking distance from to downtown Valleta. The breakfast is ok, and starts to be served at 8am. If you are looking for a pool, this is s small one, no really for excercise (crawling a distance or such) but to enjoy a time in the water. The pool is located in the ground floor.

The location is perfect. It is very close to Valletta and there are bus stops nearby. The staff was very friendly. The rooftop view was amazing. Our room was on the third floor and it was quite small but it was not an issue for us. The bed was very comfortable. Overall I would recommend it.

However there were some things we didn't like. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom and also some weird noise. We couldn't locate where it came from and it kept us awake the first night. Then we got used to it. Also the AC was noisy.

Location - a 5 minute walk from ‘proper’ Valletta without any of the crowds or busyness. Smart, clean, comfortable style. Excellent staff and sheer convenience of free coffee and proper drinking water - cold or boiled. Kettle etc in room. Most rooms bright and light overlooking the road, but traffic really isn’t a problem. Good beds and showers and aircon. The simple but adequate breakfast is another bonus - and it’s free. There’s a small pool and a gym in the basement and a pleasant terrace on the top floor. The staff makes big difference.

We didn’t dislike anything, but some of the rooms are inward looking and darker - though wonderfully quiet.
