The team are great, doing as much as they can to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is lovely they have created a modern comfortable environment to enjoy. The roof top terrace is great for sunsets, and quiet drinks. Located in Floriana it’s close enough to all the activity in Valletta but quiet to enjoy a relaxing time. Easy to access most transport including water taxis and fast ferry. Staff give good tips to local area and restaurants

Breakfast options are limited and basic, better to go out to eat. The limited access to the roof top is disappointing as would be a great place to enjoy evening drinks after 8pm

Quiet location in a street set back from the main road and a level 15 minute walk into Valletta. Comfortable bed and attractive bathroom with powerful shower and bath. Balcony with table and chairs. Friendly and helpful staff on reception, and you get sent a detailed information guide in advance of your arrival.

The breakfast arrangements were a bit disappointing for a hotel. If you want breakfast you have to order it three days in advance and select what you would like to eat from a fairly limited menu. The breakfast is laid out for you at a table in a small, rather dark room and you only get instant coffee (that you have to make yourself using the kettle). We were disappointed by the lack of a coffee machine in such a lovely hotel.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful friendly hotel. Anna greeted us and checked us in and was very welcoming and helpful. Before you arrive, Ryan the owner sends an incredible packet with so much helpful information about the hotel, Malta, restaurants, etc. I wish every place would do this. You are treated like family in this hotel. Asking how you are, etc. Any help you need, they are there.They explain in detail, how and where to catch the bus, how to take the ferry etc. This hotel deserves more than 10 stars, it deserves 100. . Also, Carnaval was going on yet our room was so quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will return. Thank you Ryan, Anna, and everyone for the great stay.

The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Communication was great, and any issues were handled efficiently and with care. The owner was particularly kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning architecture and well-thought-out interiors. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with outstanding service, a beautiful setting, and great facilities. Highly recommended!

I really liked the room's design, but maybe it would be nice to have the possibility of a window that opens for some fresh air (I am only talking about the quiet room).

The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of little touches and personalisation. Staff very friendly and helpful, giving recommendaions for eating and sight seeing etc. Hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance of all the various historical sights within Valletta, while being just outside the city itself, so away from the noise and bustle of thouseands of tourists.

Cruise ships dock and Valletta is crowded with large guided groups of tourists who take a long time to pass or enter into various sites.

This property and the staff really exceeding my expectations. They provide so much to help you have a wonderful trip and communication is top tier. The hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room was more than spacious and the bathroom was huge! I was obsessed with the extra large tub. Location is a short walk from main attractions of Valletta and about a 12 min. drive from the airport. Unfortunately I was injured on my trip and had a hard time. Fiona went above and beyond to help me handle the situation. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Malta.

Hands down, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The location, amenities, style, staff, service, and price are couldn’t be any better. One highlight was the flexibility with our schedule— we were lucky & we were able to check in early at 10 AM on our first day and storing our luggage with continued access to the hotel's amenities until 7 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel are warm-hearted, professional, and extremely helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. An unexpected delight was the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and became the perfect spot to enjoy the Firework Festival. It was an amazing experience that added to our wonderful stay.

The humidity in the bathroom is hard to get rid of, but that's about it. Everything else can be described in superlatives.

It is a gem of a hotel. We were looking for something close to Valetta and Floriana just ticked the boxes. 23 Boutique was chosen based on location and price, but we had no idea it is such a fabulous place. Communication before arrival was comprehensive and I also downloaded the information guide with lots of tips. Anna was waiting for us when we came from the airport and had the paperwork done in no time. Ryan manned the reception during the weekend and he always made sure we had recommendations. Love the place and we will be back!

Very good location - less than 10 minutes walking to the Triton Fountain (the heart of the downtown) and less than 10 minutes walking to the waterfront (where start the ferries to Gozo and the three cities). The room was very clean, the bathroom luxurious and spacious. The terrace on the roof has a magnificent city view and it is very cosy to have drinks in the evening. The staff and the owner are very polite and helpful. I fell in love with this hotel and I highly recommend it.

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in a suite that had two floors, the first with the toilet and living room and the upper one with the bed. The hotel staff were always very friendly, and they shared things to do in and around Malta with some local tips. It was easy to get there from the airport, and the area is very quiet and close to Valletta city center. We would go back for sure.

The cleaning is only every third day if you stay long enough (which is alright), but when we got our room cleaned, we didn't get new cups and spoons. We also noticed there were some old opened tea bags in the tea/coffee box when we arrived.
