One of the finest small hotels we've ever stayed at. I wish we could box it up and take it with us on our next trip. It's a lovely boutique experience set in a historic church square away from main roads. The deluxe room we stayed in was a great size and spotless. The bed was so comfy. Coffee machine and netflix. Breakfast was really lovely, served on a 3 tier platter in Dom's Brasserie. Hot food was different everyday. we highly recommend eating at Dom's one evening. Really fantastic food. Finally the staff were so friendly, chatty and helpful. Honestly an amazing experience.

A very nice, recently renovated stone building near the centre of Mellieha and the Parish Church. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It contained all the facilities such as hair dryer, fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were nothing short of excellent in terms of being helpful and responding very quickly to any issues. The breakfast was good although it was served up as a 'standard' daily on a 3 tier stand. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at DOMS Brasserie which was well worth trying.

If the front reception is not manned the access is via an access keypad pad which we struggled with on arrival in the evening. Fortunately we were 'rescued' by the staff at the Square Bistro just across the road, who was most helpful. Being an old building you have to wait a long time for the hot water to come.

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, with parking available, a beautiful view, and a bus stop nearby if needed. Shops are within walking distance, making everything very convenient. The hotel is very cozy, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Lorena and Borislav were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful presentation. We also appreciated the option for a late check-out for an additional fee since our flight was in the evening—it was very helpful. Another great perk is access to a swimming pool in a nearby hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return. We sincerely recommend this place!

This was our second stay at Dom's and the location is excellent and the hotel is quiet, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are always very helpful and we enjoyed our stay again.

On our first visit the breakfast was served in the Square Bar, the breakfast was exceptional and cooked well. The breakfast during this stay was delivered by Dom's brasserie and was very disappointing, the quality was inconsistent and generally poor, under cooked porridge, burnt eggs and bread burnt on a griddle rather than toasted, it was hugely disappointing after our experience during our first visit. On a side note, a couple of times during our stay members of the public looking for breakfast called in and we're told service was for residents only and they went eslewhere; as the Square Bar are part of the group I would have thought they would have suggested the bar as an alternative? Just a thought.

We had a friendly welcome from Borislav on reception. The hotel was immaculate. The cleaner worked so hard, and it really showed. I loved the room which overlooked the Square. The setting was so beautiful, right next to Mellieha Parish Church. There was always something going on at the church and in the Square, which was fantastic, but despite it being a lively area, the room was so quiet. The pool was small but stunning, and we regularly went on to the terrace on floor 3 to watch the world go by. Breakfast in the Square was top-notch. I rarely say I want to go back to a hotel, but I really want to go back to Doms. This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting.

We stayed in room 101, and there was nowhere to dry clothes as there isn't a balcony or anywhere to put a line up. This isn't really the hotels fault, but it will be a consideration when I book again.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Very convenient car park in the little square in front of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed. The beds were very comfortable on the firm side. Little bistro in the square serving delicious drinks. The swimming pool was tiny but very well maintained. The sun tarrace with view to die for. Staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Room service at the high standard, well equipped bar with drinks and snacks. Lovely little boutique hotel with restaurant.

The most fabulous boutique hotel in the quaint town square of Mellieha. Great views, comfy beds, everything provided from bathrobes to Nespresso. Special breakfast menu with three tier continental breakfast plus choice of cooked or soft dishes each morning in the cool Square Gastro Bistro across the road. A good base for trips all across Malta, and peaceful at night. A real find and we would love to go back. A lovely welcome each morning from Borislavo who even arranged a packed breakfast for our early 3.30am checkout, and the cleaners ensured our room was serviced daily.

We really enjoyed our stay and there was nothing not to like, so only very minor tips....I did bump and bruise my shins on the pointed bedframe corner edges a few times..found pulling out the quilt corners helped!! Would also suggest a small shelf by the bedroom mirror for doing hair and makeup...I used the top of a small case to set everything on which worked fine.

We stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel in February this year (2024) . It is such a find that we rebooked before leaving to return next year and bring our daughter. We checked in after midnight due to a late flight, but the hotel had given us a code for the front door and our room. There are no room keys but key code pads, very handy! The biscuits, water, and tea and coffee facilities, as well as the complementary prickly pear liquor, were most welcome. The room was spotless, and the bed was most comfortable. The hotel has a lively rooftop pool. It is off a very picturesque and peaceful square, with lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast was included, and we just had to pop across the square to the beautiful sister restaurant. Breakfast is generous and excellent quality, as well as the service. The reception staff in the hotel were so lovely and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike ! Completely recommend.

Hotel was superb, exactly what we'd expect from a boutique hotel. Location for the town centre was great and the DOMS Brasserie was excellent for an evening meal.

The breakfast arrangements were truly awful. We were sent to a sports bar across the square, we were given a basic menu where you were allowed to only choose one item. Food was very below par, we just seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. I would have expected much more from the breakfast arrangements. I'd suggest booking a room only basis and going to one of the many other restaurants nearby to source your own brekkie!

The location is amazing and views are grand from the pool area and the rooftop chill area. Our room had a hot tub too and seems that it's the only room on the top floor which was amazing. Decor is on point and the staff are super nice! Very close to bars and restaurants! Also only 10mins from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Breakfast was 10/10, had a full English breakfast but there are so many other choices!

The only issue we had was with the generator from the restaurant below the hotel as it was right near our room on the 3rd floor. We did contact reception and they tried their best to keep it off during our stay since it was super noisy. We were contacted after our stay as they wanted to apologize for the inconvenience and offered a discount on our next stay.
