Staff was super lovely, they helped us find attractions and beaches nearby. The infinity pool and cave bar was nice. Rest of the pools were outdated Took a massage in the spa and it was definitely worth the price. Also ate a 3 course dinner downstairs which was better than expected. Breakfast was nice. View from the balcony was lovely. I Like Mellieha a lot, more quiet and better for relaxing. Also not far from Gozo so we went there for a daytrip.

If you enter from the wrong street you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the reception with your luggage. 2 of the pools looked super outdated. To get to our room we always had to take 3 different elevators.

Nice, spacious apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel seems to be extremely well run. Breakfast was very good. Great location, near to shops and restaurants and the lovely little square. We used the parking which was helpful (although parking spaces are very tight!).

The hotel does feel quite cramped in places (busy pool area, balconies in v close proximity to each other). The air con in our apartment was not great - in some rooms it worked well but was very loud, in the main bedroom, you could hardly feel it and the room got too warm during the night.

Great location in the heart of Mellieha so handy for buses to all destinations. Dune Malta is a very good dive operator located on site. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes and needs. Cave bar and pool are good places to escape the worst of the heat.

Be aware - there are lots of stairs and the lifts can be small / slow so plan contact ahead if you have mobility issues. There are two parts of the hotel - one is across the street and is reached via a tunnel. Again, this might be important if you have mobility issues. The corridors are a bit of a maze, but you soon find your way around.

Amazing view, and the church being lit for Christmas was beautiful. Food spread was good, great choice for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Indoor pool was good, kids had a great time. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cave bar was the highlight.

Drinking water was not provided everyday, although there were convenience shops available and also water was available for purchase within the hotel.

We had a lovely room with a terrace with lovely views of the Church and down to the sea, We were a family group and the Hotel suited everyone. A Spa for older members and the children particularly loved the pool area. The location in Mellieha was perfect. The small kitchen had everything we needed.

On our first night we struggled to sleep because of a lot of noise, I think caused by the air con units on the roof.We were directly below them and also next to an old noisy lift. To me this didn't fit the description of a deluxe room. We spoke to reception and they moved us to another room which was fine. The sofa beds were fine for children but could do with replacing as a bit broken.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is standard English but with plenty of choice. Dinner was great and good variation every night. The pools and the bar are nice spots to visit on windy or cold days. It is close to the bus station and several shops around. With the bus it is about 10min to the sea.

The AC in the room barely works and seems unmaintained and old. We had to get a standing ventilator from the reception to survive the heat. A lot of the small things are visibly broken or not fixed: e.g. towel hanger in the bathroom was hanging by a thread, toilet paper holder was broken, the railing at the pool was definitely not fastened, etc.

Great apartment with balcony and sea view, even though we didn't book one! Very close to centre of Mellieha and great views from poolside over to Gozo. The guest lift to street level was very useful as there are a lot of steps from reception to the town centre. Buses are very frequent from the stop a couple of mins walk and can get you to/from airport, Valletta and St Pauls Bay very easily. Uber/Bolt also surprisingly cheap! Loved drinking in the Cave Bar, especially happy hour 241 cocktails!

The aircon system in the hotel was set to heating for winter season and so our separate bedroom in the one bed apartment was very warm (as it was quite small). However we were provided with fans upon request which made the room a bit cooler!

The brazilian guy in the reception was very kind and helpful. We appreciate to have early breakfast (our departure was 05:30 A.M.).

Restaurant closes to early: at 21:00 Sauna and jacuzzi closes to early: at 19:00 Indoor pool closes to early at 20:00 The bar closes to early and at we called the reception around 23:00 to buy 1 Coca-Cola and there isn't possibility to have it, neither a bottle of water!!! Incredible for a 4 star hotel... We don't asked to have a cocktail, but having a canned drink was enough, they don't need a bartender for that. Otherwise having a minibar in the room stocked with drinks (it was completely empty) could have solved the problem.

Nice pool and view. Great breakfast It is located in a nice quiet area. Parking free outside on the top hill.

Restaurants are a bit pricey. The floors and rooms are confusing, you take different lifts to the same floor and it ends up in different areas. Then you need to open another door and take stairs down again, and you are technically still on the same floor.. In case of emergency, take the stairs...we could not find the stairs!! Maybe sometime some stairs but not all the way down. This must be improved to have clear signs. Our room smelled a bit like moist... Wifi 5/10

Lovely hotel. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all we needed. Infinity pool great, and we loved cocktail happy hour in the Cave Bar. All staff the were very friendly and helpful

There was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment. Glass balcony was not very private, especially with communal sunbeds on other side. The Cave bar was quiet at night, and although there was live music on somenights, it needed advertising more.
