The room was pretty clean, and spacious enough, nice balcony with the view at the beach and pool I liked the fact that it has a hanging place for drying you clothes/towels. They give you towels for pool and beach.The staff is nice and friendly, food is good , the beach is close to the hotel(1min walk). Very clean around the hotel, if you go for all inclusive I think it’s the best option. You can rent kayak and windsurfing and peddling boat for free. They are doing some activities every day which is nice. Music is good. All around it’s worth the money.

The beach was full of rocks and corals, be careful if you walk without any shoes, flip flops,etc I didn’t like the fact that the promoting “you get 333€ worth of credits “ to use around the resort (spa and water sports) and in fact it’s just some vouchers that all together is 333€ (worth of discounts) so basically you have to spend at least 3000€ to get all of those discount. Eg.(full body massage 160€ and you get 15€ off) As I know this is a misleading marketing. (Which is illegal as far as I know).

The food was varied and always delicious. In my opinion, the food is like in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are large enough and comfortable. The two a la carte restaurants are free and the food is great. On windy days, the hotel pools are very pleasant. If you practice water sports (kite, windsurfing, etc. using the wind) this is a great place.

The app that allows you to reserve dinner at a la carte restaurants is not working. This needs to be fixed because it creates bad reservation practices. The location of the hotel is in a place where it is windy most of the time and it becomes unpleasant on the beach (it rarely blows really hard, but we caught a few such days). The animation for children is insufficient and the children's center operates at hours when no one would take their children there.

Breakfast, lunch and supper were delicious and a huge variety Rooms are kept exceptionally clean Staff are very attentive to your requests and response is almost immediate Beautiful location - easy access to tours, dolphin watching & swimming, quad bikes etc. Perfect for the whole family.

This is a family resort. Expect to hear from your room, kids/ teenagers sometimes laughing, running down the passage at odd hours but it was all good!

Great Hotel, big with lots of space a wonderful beach area, its windy but nos as much as I saw in other reviews it was comfy and warm all the times. The Pool area is also good (both of them) Personnel is very kind and attentive, in all areas specially in the restaurant buffet area. Good bars and Gym. Plenty of parking space and close to one of the nicest sunsets in the world, at Le Morne beach.

The room service can be improved, as we did not get the sheets changed even when requesting it (using the sign) or the cleaning in the bathroom that can be improved. Also the cleaning in the common areas (room corridors, etc are not up to standards), As a suggestion they could do "Theme nights" at the restaurant to make the days and food be more "not boring", another aspect to improve is the reservation of the A la Carte restaurants, using the App RIU is almost impossible to book and it took us several visits to the reception desk to manage to book one night out of the 9 we spent there.

all inclusive very good value

We were turned away from the Steakhouse twice and told to come back to queue at 6.30 ( much too early for us to eat ) so never made it there. It needs a better system.

Property is neat and design is tasteful, great pool and loungers, cocktail bar was great. Staff is friendly and helpful the same for the Entertainment teams and waiters.

Restaurants kitchen was the same as the hotel food, the size of the property with many guests made it noisy. No other options to eat except the hotel after day 4 the menu was “tired”.

Staff were very good, hardworking with a smile on and service was excellent.

Reception never answered the phone for 2 days. I had to call from my mobile number as a external call everytime and only then someone would answer....Sound system setting at the entertainment venue was not setup correctly...too.much bass, echos n jarred music. Need to set up the sound system professionally. Also DJ plays each song til the end which takes a long time for each song instead of changing the song n playing according to the mood of the crowd. Also the food taste needs to be improved in my opinion.

It is brand-new hotel in great location, if you like windsurfing or other wind related water sports. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food was excellent and provided great variety. The steakhouse restaurant was excellent.

There was sometimes a lot of noise on the isle, where the room doors did not provide noise shielding. The 6 AM morning rattle from the clean up team always started the day. All admin processes are incredibly complicated (payment, internet, restaurant booking, spa) The included credits of 330 EUR in our package could not be used as it only entities for certain discounts of max 15 EUR. I think this is a rip-off from booking.com, as it is not clearly described! Not so much the hotel's fault. The location is great but one has to be aware that it is very windy due to its location. Not the typical secluded Mauritian location. We were there in August and I would not recommend to stay there at this time.

Good pool selection and staff really friendly

Can be difficult to use the app for booking restaurants but staff helped. Spa credits are a bit of false advertising as they come in form of vouchers off (5 - 15 euro a time) a bit annoying that when we requested side by side rooms due to being a family they gave us rooms either side of big communal staircase.

Location was great, right on beach front, full ocean and Mountain Views. Great place to watch the sunset. Great selection of food at buffet dinner and good selection of drinks. Fantastic to watch all the kite surfers.
