Alex at the front desk was super friendly, answered all my questions, gave me restaurant recommendations, and was able to call a cab for me when I was leaving. I also ended up chatting with a woman who was the owner's daughter and she gave me some great chicken soup recommendations when I wasn't feeling well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The wifi was great and strong - I was able to conduct multiple work video calls from my room. The location is perfect - super close to the center of town but also separated enough to be super peaceful and quiet. No loud roosters or huge hills to climb up like some of the other places I'd stayed at in Sayulita.

Highly recommend. 100% would stay again. The staff and owner will do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. So friendly and helpful! The WiFi is excellent. I worked from here for two weeks and had no issues. Zoom and all. It’s strong (100mbps) and reliable. Great location too. The north side of town in quieter and has good food options, and it’s just as close to the beach. 5 minute walk from central part of town. The parking lot is also helpful if you plan to rent a car. Street parking isn’t as easy to come by during high season.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We got put into a new unit which was pretty small but then managed to change to a bigger room which was much better! We also really enjoyed the pool area and extra space to work / relax. The location was good too.

WiFi was a struggle for most of our stay. And our clothes would get a little damp in the room - possibly due to bad insulation? We understand we stayed during the New Years period but found the hotel still to be pretty overpriced in comparison to everywhere else we stayed in Mexico.

I called when I couldn't find the hotel. She told me to wait right there and within 30 seconds a golf cart arrived to pick me up. I was so grateful! After I checked out, my son was having issues with his baby's car seat and the owner took me and the baby inside the office to cool down. She offered us water and entertained the baby with the hotel's parakita until we were able to leave. She went above and beyond. Plus the room was comfy and cool and clean!

It's a little hard to find. It seems to be down an alley behind the bus station. Once you figure out out, there's no problem.

We loved it at Nuiya. Perfect for couples, solo travelers and families. - Very clean rooms & daily cleaning was great. - Pool was great and pool towels are provided. - Nice quiet part of town located near good local restaurants, cafes and very close to the beach. - Staff were so friendly and kind. Felt very welcomed and at home. - Hotel was very well decorated. - Lots of plug sockets and lamps in room. - Shower pressure was good Best place we have stayed in 7 months of travelling!

I was very pleased with my stay at Nuiya Hoteles. I was especially impressed by the wholehearted welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone always had smiles and were very professional and attentive. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, utilizing the outdoor gym, and the coworking space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and large shower heads and water pressure were a highlight. Thank you, Nuiya Hoteles! I stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved my stay! The staff made me feel so welcome! Nuiya is clean, quiet, close to everything you need, and has great wifi. It's close enough to the main part of Sayulita, plus walking distance to the north end with other restaurants, a calmer beach, etc.

Loved the owners, so welcoming! Room cleaned everyday by friendly staff. Lovely pool & outside areas to relax. Away from the main hustle and bustle of the main strip. Receptionist was so lovely offering recommendations to visit local places.

I wish it was a little closer to the beach or the center, the good thing is that Sayulita is such a small town, although we were offered a ride from one of the staff members. I most definitely will be coming back!

I loved the modern design of the property and it was a perfect walk from the center of Sayulita. It was quiet at night which was important for me. The room and bed were very comfortable and the other guests were great. If you’re looking for a chill place to stay, this is the spot. The staff were all friendly and welcoming from the manager to the owner who was visiting. I always felt welcome and I’m looking at coming back again soon.
