Had a really nice stay! Hotel looks clean and modern and is located close to the lagune and many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and we could book tours from here. We didn't have hot water, but this might be common in Bacalar. Breakfast was tasty! We could choose between a few dishes and there was a small supplementary buffet with toast, yoghurt with granola, and fruit. Portions were quite small though (especially the avocado toast, we laughed a bit when it arrived, just like the side of baby potatoes which were literally 2 pieces). All in all, had a nice stay and would definitely come back!

Great boutique hotel and a nice hidden gem in Bacalar! The breakfast every morning was to die for, I got the chillaquiles daily! The property has a nice luxe feel to it. Close to all the main attractions and walking distance to the town square (about 10 min walk). There’s a wonderful local taco cart / spot right on the other side of a parallel street. Tacos for dinner there were amazing! I also got a massage at the spa downstairs, which was very nice and prices were competitive with some of the other places in town. They also partner with the Yak Hostel which is right on the lagoon and you can use those facilities for free. Overall, a 10/10 experience

Beautiful little boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and nice breakfast area. Ideal walking distance to nice pier and city center and easy parking next to the road. Breakfast with multiple options and very tasty. Reception desk helps you make reservations for excursions and gives recommendations where needed. Good AC with good positioning and not too intense.

Bed is quite hard, bathroom could be a bit cleaner (bathtub) and for a boutique hotel I would expect them to have more than 1 hairdryer, this should be included in the room as standard feature. Pool area is beautiful but due to its unfortunate location which is in the shade for most of the day, the water is too cold to swim. Fortunately the lake is within walking distance and perfect temperature for a swim.

The hotel is a hidden gem. The decor is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious (I especially enjoyed the avocado toast!). They also provide refillable bottles in the room. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the center and the lake, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel offers free bicycles. What makes this place perfect is the staff, especially Nestor and Amber. We always had nice little chats, and they gave really helpful tips to make our stay even better. I highly recommend booking the morning SUP tour - it is amazing!

Minor thing: the toilet does not flush properly. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times to flush.

It was walking distance to everything! But better yet they allowed you to use bikes for free! That was a highlight to be able to ride my bike around and visit different restaurants and go different places. It was super quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome but the best part of this entire stay was the staff, Carla, Nestor, and Amber were amazing. I felt like I was staying at my friend’s house. The pool area was so cute and a great place to read and relax They also booked me with the adventure, lab another company for my excursions which did an amazing job as well

Everything was exceptional!

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, everything is really kept clean, good shower, lovely pool area, the breakfast was really nice especially the chilaquiles! There's 4 options at breakfast plus fruit, bread, jams etc... The location was really good, just a ten minute walk to the main center and lagoon. Free bikes use although we didn't use them, free water and fresca daily, excellent massage available also.! We would really recommend Agam hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Only minor gripes were the weak Wi-Fi signal in the room and for me personally I found the bed quite hard, although that seems to be how they are in Mexico lol...

I had a fantastic time in this charming hotel. The location was great; the room was nice and had everything I needed. Also had a tasty complementary breakfast. The staff was super helpful and provided great recommendations on activities, restaurants, and transport. That was really appreciated :) Bacalar and Hotel Agam were among the best places I visited in Mexico. Highly recommend. I stayed on the second floor of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a nice swimming pool. Vibe is relaxed and the staff is friendly. At a walking distance from all the facilities you need. The AC works really well. We can also recommend getting a massage.

What we didn’t like and seems to be common in Mexico is the plastic sheet around the mattress to protect it. It doesn’t sleep that comfortable.

Staff were great. Friendly and happy to give advice. Breakfast was nice, though portions could be bigger. Pool area/sun beds were good. Short walk into town and to the lagoon

The room was hot and damp, nothing could dry in the room. The bikes were in pretty ordinary condition. Pool was freezing, couldnt be in the water for more than a couple minutes

Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the city center Breakfast is excellent. You have 6 options and they make it fresh for you. You can also order cappuccino, espresso, whatever en how much you like. They also have yoghurt en fruits. Nice pool. Good spacious room. We had the jacuzzi room
