the people were the kindest🤍, felt so safe and they were so helpful. cleaned the room as soon as we went out for breakfast. close to restaurants and the lagoon. nice swimmingpool and pretty garden.

the breakfast in 2 blocks away and not that many (included) options. but if you know that, it’s fine. just ask what’s included

The hotel is well located on Bacalar, making easy to get anywhere in the the Pueblo. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The staff, specially Alma and Jose, are super kind, friendly and very helpful. They are the best asset of this property.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated. By changing a few items would be more accordingly to the hotel standard. The breakfast is agreed with a restaurant in the area (which is totally fine), but the quality is just poor. Finally, I found the price a bit to high for what you get.

We really liked the room, super pretty and really comfortable beds. The pool area was nice to relax and the staff super friendly. The hotel only offers a few rooms and has a very familiar atmosphere which we liked a lot! The location was perfect for us, it’s a 5 min walk from the main square but therefore more quiet. The breakfast is not in the hotel but you get a voucher each morning for a cafe on the main square. It’s simple (eggs, fruit & coffee) but we liked that is was included in the price.

super spacious rooms, super comfortable and clean. beautiful garden with pool. best place to observe all the animals around, perfectly located (close to the two city centers and the lagune)

breakfast is in another restaurant outside the hotel and already predefined. in the end we went there for the fruits and went to other places afterwards

No pressure in the shower . Walking 2 blocks for breakfast . Poor breakfast . No juice for the kids , coffee only, and a very weak sweet watery coffee.

we enjoyed our stay, very clean room, wifi connection was good, eventhough we had to go to a restaurant for breakfast food was good. Thanks to the receptionist of giving us an option to visit a place called Los Rapidos which as an awesome experience.

the TV was not a smart TV, so the kids could not watch their programs, suggest upgrading.

Very central and confortable Hotel for a short stay to visit Bacalar. The central plaza is a few blocks away, easy access to the lake too and very good restaurants nearby. The room is cozy and clean and the staff extremely helpful!

The rooms have only windows on the street, but there are curtains and one doesn't stay much in the room :)

Spacious and clean room, great a/c, comfortable beds. The complex looks nice and taken care of.

Could be of better value for money. The breakfast was at a restaurant a few hundreds of meters from the hotel, and the coffee that was served was anything but standard coffee, and full of sugar. We were told at the restaurant that a regular coffee costs extra. We passed..

Beautiful place, centrally located, beautiful decor, nice and very helpful staff, pool with a jungle feel to it no breakfast, but lots of options in walking distance,

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was amazing. Also swimming pool was great and clean

Rooms might need a little refreshment. There was a musty smell when we entered the room.
