This was our favourite place we have stayed in so far on our trip. The double bed and balcony room was so authentic and perfect. The room was brilliantly cleaned everyday. The communal area featured a fridge, microwave and free water as well as utensils to make breakfast and lunch. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the restaurants and lagoon. The family that run the case were extremely helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again!

We were a family of 4 distributed in 2 similar and clean rooms (one with small private balcony) at first floor. Internal parking, safe for the car. Coffee, tea, hot/cold water dispencer, cutlery and fridge available outdoor for those who want to prepare their own breakfast (not included in our reservation). Owners have been very kind with us, but they had to strive with google translor to communicate in english.

A bit more expensive than other accomodations we have been in Yucatan and Quintana Roo for the location and level of services offered.

After an initial confusion about the room I had booked was cleared up, I really enjoyed my stay here. The lady managing the place was always super helpful and sweet. The room and bathroom were spotless and the entire property is in great shape. Ideal location in between ADO station and town centre as well as lagoon public bathing spots.

The location was excellent. Quiet, yet very close to the centro. The hotel and my room were beautiful. The shower, bed, and air conditioning were all fantastic. The cleaning ladies were constantly working very hard to keep the place lovely and clean. Highly recommend

I have no complaints. Everything about my stay here was fantastic.

The host was pretty friendly :) The room was basic but had everything we needed. An refrigerator is in front of the room. They’re only up to I guess 6 rooms so it’s pretty familiar. Aswell it was possible to directly book a trip to the lagoon of Bacalar via the host which made it pretty easy for us. We had a private tour! We can recommend this place for everyone who doesn’t have luxury expectations and is on a budget. P.s.: it was possible to leave our luggage after check out for a few hours.

Such a clean, comfortable and cozy place to stay. Super comfy and wide bed. Nice balcony. Nice 5 min walk to the center. Offered a boat tour with a good price. Lovely lady taking care of the house. Would have loved to stay longer.

Small thing - they provide a small breakfast but it was not communicated (or maybe we didn’t understand), I just saw it in the reviews but did not know where to find it :) Also there are some construction work in the yard during the day but it didn’t bother us.

Very nice location close to the center of the town and very nice owners, they can even arrange a fantastic boat tour on the lake (with pickup and dropoff service) for you for a decent price. The room was big and very clean, there was an everyday cleaning service. Definitely recommendable! 10/10.

clean. good location. comfortable bed. staff friendly/helpful but very hard to understand. Drinking water provided. Late checkout time of 1pm is good.

Room position in property not great. don’t go for the downstairs rooms. more noise, view from window not good and no privacy unless curtain shut. no private outside space. the surroundings of the property are scruffy and untidy. wouldn’t take much to pretty up the garden communal area. no English spoken, perhaps signs up written in both language s would make a more welcoming statement.

Good location. Short walk to centro and ADO Bus station. Restaurants in the neighborhood.

Not a problem but it takes a while for hot water to get to the shower. Plenty of hot water available. Not sure if it was our equipment but WIFI did not work consistently.

Clean, nice, cosy very friendly family is running the place save location can be reached by food from ADO Bus terminal. 5 min location is mostly quiet 4 minutes to city center offer tours to Lagune, nice too booked only one night, as I had very mad experience with a 9,x Fake-rated “hotel” in booking, stayed 5?nights

partly barking dogs in neighborhood, like everywhere in MX backyard is not nice yet, they are working on it
