Great location in the very centre, close to the lagoon. Very clean and quiet. Staff extremely helpful and unintrusive. Beautiful grounds that are kept in perfect condition with the gardener working daily. Nice healthy breakfast included in the price. Sufficient parking space. Restaurants of all kinds at a walking distance.

There were four of us, so the room felt a bit small, but, as we only returned there to sleep, it was fine.

Location was perfect, Room was amazing. Ultra clean. Family owned and run. Could walk from the ADO bus station (1.5 km maybe). Just up the road from the lagoon. And close to the centre, for food, drink and nightlife. Provided water to refill bottles, free coffee all day, and basic breakfast was provided. Thumbs up. Definite hidden gem in Bacalar. Maria was great, so helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Best stay in Mexico so far, while touring.

Super fast and stable internet in the lobby. Perfect location. Very good and helpful staff. Very good place for holidays or digital nomads. AC working very well in the room. Hot water works well as well.

Room had two beds and almost no more free space. But, I'm not going there to stay at room, so it's not an issue at all. Internet in the room could be better. Hopefully there is great connection from the lobby if needed.

Perfect location at the center of Bacalar, but sufficiently off to avoid the noise. Really close to the main activities, the Fuerte Felipe, the laguna, the restaurants and bars.

Breakfast included but limite choice. Coffee was definitely not their specialty. Toasts we fine, but no choice of crepes or whatever Mexican desayunos specialties...

Super nice staff. I was able to check in at 3am (early arrival with ADO bus). Breakfast was nice too. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was right in the centre of town.

The staff tried to help me the best they could, although it was sometimes difficult due to the fact that their English wasn’t too good and my Spanish isn’t too good. They try to keep the property as clean as possible, which means they sometimes start really early with sweeping leafs :)

A very quaint hotel with beautiful surroundings to sit and enjoy. The location is only a block away from the main square, restaurants and the fort. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast of fruit, toast & coffee was a great start to the day.

Clean and spacious room. Perfect location. 2' walk to the Zocalo, 5' walk to the laguna!

Breakfast could have been a little more extensive. But a coffee, toast and some fruit is a good beginning to start the day.

This was by far out the best hotel we've stayed during our 4 weeks trip in Mexico . It was such an relaxed vibe. We traveled with a 3 year old who is difficult with going to sleep. But because it was so quiet we didn't had a problem with that. Although the hotel is one block of the main square were some restaurants are, it was also during the night very quiet. It was a perfect Location. And than I didn't even mentioned the staff. They were so nice and we felt so welcome. They speak good English. And everything was super clean! The breakfast was good. Fresh fruits some toast and coffee or jus or tea. This is a real hidden gem. For us the best there was. Thank you so much!

The location was very good, close to the square where there are lots of restaurants and walking distance to the lagoon . Not far from the bus station. The room itself was comfortable

We absolutely loved lovely garden with all the lights and seating areas including hamacas. The rooms are comfy and stuff helpful.

Basin is out of the bathroom, which is little odd. The breakfast is fine and tasty, however it can be bigger (there is juice or hot beverage, both choices is not possible) and fruits with seeds and yoghurt and one piece of toast is not sufficent for everyone.
