Asilé is perfectly situated to explore the quaint town of Bacalar by foot. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops all within walking distance. The ruins are also a short walk away. The room was clean & comfortable & the staff were friendly & helpful. I would easily stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located, set back from the main square where you can enjoy the lively markets at night and go straight to bed! There are many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable.

It is plainly decorated for a "boutique hotel".

Very clean, great location right at the central square, close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Management was very gracious when I accidentally broke something.

A slight overuse of vanilla-scented deodorizer or cleaning products. Unnecessary in my opinion, since the place is very clean already.

Right on the main place with restaurants ,ice cream ,vendors and close to the puntons.Hotel is super clean ,stayed in the suite witj balcony ...loved it.Super comfy bed,nice helpful staff especially Buena.Great place ,value for money...Top location

No lift so if u have heavy luggages or need help climbing stairs not the best place.

It was as I good central location opposite town square and half a block from lake ( not easy walking distance from ADO bus stop as it had said on web site - there is a new bus depot). Music from neighbouring restaurant had a good playlist and stopped at 11.00pm. Other music could be heard in the distance all night.

This hotel is perfect on the best location in Bacalar. Besides it has a nice rooftop view, i loved the room. The receptionist was warm welcome and friendly and willing to assist. Also it offer a free day pass at a private beach club.

The bed! The toiletpaper. The shower. It's a high shower and the warm water felt so good. The room is very clean. The towels are good and clean. Internet worked well.

The outside areas were not as clean and well maintained as I would expect after seeing the room.

Lovely helpful friendly reception staff, stayed with my son in January. Comfortable beds, super clean nice shower, lovely terrace with small kitchen to use and views of the square. Great location! Will 100% return!

Very central location, the room was clean and modern, and the shower was big. There is complimentary coffee in the morning and you can use the shared terrace that overviews the square and the lagune.

The room is very small, with little storage space. No hangers to put wet towels and bikinis on after a day spent on the beach

one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - the staff were so friendly and helpful and assisted us in booking in tours of the lagoon, the rooms were super clean and serviced everyday, incredible location right in the middle of everything, extremely fast Wi-Fi too, and the shower was hot with great pressure - honestly everything you could want in a hotel. I will be coming back and telling all my friends to stay here as well!!
