Rooms Very clean, nice white simplistic design, spacious and comfortable with a fridge and AC. The towels and sheets were nice and clean too. I got to this hotel after being tired of some disappointing hotels/rooms elsewhere. This place was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended. Location 2 minute walk to the ADO, food, bakery qnd pharmacy. 15 min walk into town, but for me this was good because it was nice and quiet. Staff Welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Really friendly owner and very helpful. The room was spotless, light and comfortable. It's a short walk into town and to the shore of the lagoon. There are a couple of local shops nearby for bits and bobs. The breakfast was tasty. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay there. Great access to the major road through town too.

Not much to say here. The internet was a bit intermittent, but that was minor really. I would recommend this property.

The host is very friendly..the rooms are big enough and it is a good option for short stays..there is fridge in the room .we had a balcony in front of the room.

The location is near the main road but still 20 mins on foot to the center. There are still some.construction works going around..the shower has not big water pressure.On the pics on booking there seems to be a luxorious touch which was missing.there.are.still.signs of paintings drops around and some rust in the bathroom.

Spacious clean rooms that Included a kettle and a mini fridge. The room has both air con and a fan. The bed is comfy! The host, Alex was super attentive from the moment we arrived until departure, he was always readily available! Breakfast was made to order. Location was close to the ADO, some stores, food stalls and a bakery!

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, which isn’t really a huge bother but would be nice to have it consistent.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to ADO, spotlessly clean, good shower, nice air con and fan, very comfy beds. Friendly, helpful host and good breakfast. Restaurants and shops close by and 10 minute walk to town centre. We would highly recommend.

Alex is indeed a very friendly owner of this place that has lot of valuable tips and suggestions. As already mentioned before the shower pressure is very low so count on it. Room was ok, simple but ok. We didn't spend much time in there as we did some nice activities through the day. LA Cabanita restaurant, about 7 min walk, was really a super nice place with excellent food and very tasty cocktails, it's a must.

Best stay of our vacation. The welcome was warm, the owner is friendly and helpful. The room is extra clean and convenient. You can easily rent a bike for a low price, the beach is at 10min. We really recommend this place if you go to Baccalar.

The only negative point is that during a small storm, a bit of water came into the room and the debit of water in the shower is low (But not so annoying given that it's the jungle)

Good location to city center. Walkable place to restaurants. Room was spacios. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was everage, just scrublef egss an banana. No noise from the road. Good value for such price.

Alex is a really happy, friendly and helpful owner. He can inform you all about Bacalar and other places nearby. He helped us with a tour we wanted to book; He's helpful if you want to but he is not pushy. Just really easy going. The room is large, comfortable and clean. You can sit outside for chillings if you want. Alex is happy to make you breakfast. I really liked this place and I would recommend it.

Everything. Can't complain. The host was very friendly, helpful and a relaxed person. They also offer laundry service for 200 pesos which is not much considering the amount of clothes you can wash.
