This is my third stay here.... I love it every time more... It's far and close enough to enjoy good quiete and piece... Grounds Are very pretty, rooms are nice big and confortable. Communal kitchen is great with everything you might need. Excellent customer service. Pool is small but always nice and clean

The location... Even though is not far from town or lagoon, you have pass the hotel for almost 2km for the turn around... That's the absolute only thing other than that its a great place excelente value.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel was quite full on arrival but we managed to find a secure carpark, we were lucky because the carpark only holds around 5 cars. The room was quiet at night, with air conditioning and a fan. There was a kitchen with most facilities. The room was nice, and clean, with a small fridge. Wifi was good also.

A little out of the way of restaurants and cafes, but that is very minor, and is reflected in the price.

Very relaxing place. Mixed of hotel and hostel.... Very complete functional shared kitchen. Nice grounds it's a great value for what you get.... The only dislike it's the distance to town and how much further you have to drive to turn around and traffic noise... (not hotel's fault!!) other than that its a great place. All the ladies working there are super nice very helpful

The facilities are good and the host is very friendly and accommodating. The room is simple but has everything you need (air conditioning, fridge, tv). Enough parking spaces. When we were staying there, the location shown on Google was "Doña Lucy".

I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car as it is located next to the highway entering/exiting Bacalar. The centre of Bacalar is just a bit too far to walk.

Lovely woman and her son who take care of the hotel. The pool was always nice to enjoy. Shared kitchen was very useful and hot and cold filtered water provided. Beautiful town and lagoon not far, short taxi ride to save walking in the heat.

Really amazing new and relaxing place. The garden is wonderful and the rooms were really new and clean. The staff was super helpful, even recommended some beaches for us. You can rent a bike and use that around the city

The location is right next to the high way, sometimes it can get a little noisy but it wasnt too bad. It is a but further from the center but you can bike there in about 5 min

Very comfortable and great value for money. If we were in the area again, we'd book again.

The property is adjacent to the main trunk road. One has to walk a couple of hundred metres on the verge before one can turn onto the quieter roads that take you to the lake and the town.

Super clean, well taken care of, smiling staff, if you speak Spanish I'm sure they are even more amazing, refreshing pool, comfortable beds, warm water, a common kitchen area which we used daily to cook and make coffee in. The kitchen is well stocked.

The highway which you can hear and the poor wlan that cut out all the time and had very poor speed. If your working and traveling you need your own data.

The hosts were super nice and accomodating. The room was simple but nice and the outdoor area was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the air con was great. Great value for money.

The location was a bit tricky. It on the highway so you have to walk or bike along the highway to get to and from the place. It wasn’t so bad after doing it once or twice but would be better if you had a car.

We enjoyed our stay: quiet, comfortable room, nice shared kitchen, clean pool, parking, friendly staff. Checked all our boxes. Located a bit away from town, but we had a rental car so not a real issue.
