This hotel is lovely. They were very kind and helped us with everything! The rooms were basic, but totally okay, the pier to the lagoon was stunning! We loved the breakfast from Vedra. Felt like we were having breakfast at a Mexican family.

The rooms are pretty basic but okay.

the location on the lake is perfect! close to perfect food locations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice room. Not luxury but good.

The staff is not good, for me the 2nd time and again not good. English is far from OK comparing to other EVEN much cheaper hotels. And they do not really understand how you should help, support and help your clients.

I loved the location, it was in the right place and it was wonderful. I liked the coziness of the rooms. The pier was beautiful and well maintained. I could access the Bacalar Lagoon at anytime and take amazing photos.

I did not like that not all the rooms had A/C, this was resolved quite easily and at the spot, but it was not made clear before hand. The power outlets were a little hard to find in my room.

Location & Staff were attentive.

I did not have a bad experience , but I do think place could use some love ( maintenance, and remodeling) if it were not for the staff ( Gerardo at front desk / reception was attentive and very helpful thank you ! ) Overall i had a good pleasant stay .

You can't beat the lagoon dock. You really can't. It's so spectacular and worth the whole stay. I thought the room was really sweet, spacious, and well equipped. You can still walk to restaurants along the lagoon, and the town is a bit farther (30 mins walk).

There wasn't drinking water around, I had to ask. Sometimes the staff were gone, but when they were there they were extremely helpful.

Perfect contact with a host. One of the best location in Bacalar with direct access to the lagun. Early morning swim … priceless. Parking infront of the hotel. Posibility to rent kayak.

Distance to the city centre (your choice). No AC but in september it was not an issue.

This is a perfect hotel , all private cabanas at a distance from each other where you don't see the others, clean , perfectly setup.

Great location!!! You can rent Kayak there too which was awesome. Very clean and the staff is so friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Oh the swings were so cool

Great budgetoption right on the lake. Pros: Beautiful dock on the lake right next to an island reserve (all the tours stop on the other side of this island). Nice bar, great staff, relatively clean. All in all great value for money!
