Beautiful, from the moment we entered the reception, we were greeted by very friendly staff and a beer. The room with the pool on the roof was worth the splurge! You have an entire rooftop, with mini fridge, bathroom and of course pool with a view to yourself! The room itself was spotlessly clean, with a well appointed kitchenette. The bathroom was huge and the shower was hot with great water pressure (hard to find in Bacalar). The lagoon is an easy walk across the street and the dock was a perfect spot to hang out all day. If you’re tired and don’t want to hunt down food, there is a decent restaurant on site. We will stay here again when we return.

Wish the door leading to the rooftop apartment/pool was more secure. At night, some people were on the roof, hanging out and moving chairs around.

it has his own entrance to the lagoon, so it’s very private and has everything to enjoy it. the staff is very nice and always willing to help.

You have to walk about 200 m to the lagoon from the room, that’s not the problem, the problem is that the road has rocks and it’s very dark at night. if you use the other entry, you have to walk about 600 m on the highway, so it’s a little bit dangerous.

A large bungalow unit in a jungly area away from any other buildings and a short walk away from the lagoon. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean and any requests I made were attended to immediately. There is a lovely dock and palapa in the lagoon area along with other areas on land to lounge and relax. The room is cool and quiet with decent extras to make your visit comfortable.

The outdoor furniture next to the lagoon is pretty old and tired. I wished there was an easier way to get into the lagoon- the only options were a wood ladder at the end of the dock, without a railing or down a small ramp covered in seaweed on land. The bungalow I stayed in was next to an area that had garbage and items covered in blue tarps and felt very isolated at night without another unit nearby. I never even saw the rest of the campus where a pool is supposed to be located. The room is a little sparse and really needed a bit of art or something to break up all the white.

We loved it here. The location was amazing, the short walk/drive to the private location on the lagoon was easy and so worth it. Couldn’t have been more happy here. Free Bike rentals were a dream and we had so much fun spending a day kayaking. Both the main campus as well as the lagoon are extremely well kept and maintained. I loved the simple and clean aesthetic of the room.

It was a little hard to find at first since we were without internet, but once we got there, we were so happy.

We stayed in the room right on the lagoon. Please do yourself a favour and if you book anything, book this room!! You'll have 10/10 experience. There's nothing like waking up in the morning and walking a few steps to see the sunrise. Swimming in the lagoon is delightful. It exceeded our expectations. There is a lovely restaurant across the street, we ate there most days. And the staff were attentive and so so helpful. All the communication is done through WhatsApp. We used the free bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. There's also complimentary coffee and water in the room

The bikes were rusty and the chain kept coming off but the bike services are free so honestly everything was amazing.

Amazing accommodation! Clean, comfy and very private in a beautiful natural area. The staff is super nice, we got a WhatsApp number of the reception where we got tips and recommendations, and where we could communicate any time in EN any questions we had. Hamacas and pool for relaxing under the palms just in front of the rooms. We extended our stay and they got us another room next to the lagoon which was an absolute blast :). There is a private access to the lagoon for the guests and really nice restaurant just next to it. Bikes and kayak available for free is a nice touch (depending on availability)!

The staff. Customer service On point. Easy to communicate with and readily available. Great recommendations by staff. Access to the lagoon. The restaurant next to the property. The rooms were spacious.

This property just needs a little more attention to detail to make it a 9. Touches such as a chair or two in the spacious rooms, better towels, toiletries, something to place luggage on, etc. There is a gap on the bottom of the doors. But no complaints. We had a nice comfortable stay.

The location and the lagoon dock is exceptional at this place. Also, the staff was super helpful and always availed to clear any queries I had.

The linen needed to be replaced when we checked in a they were not clean, the linen was replaced immediately when requested, but getting a clean set to start with would be the general expectation. Also, the AC unit makes a lot of noise when running which makes sleeping a little difficult for light sleepers

Very nice place, staff is very nice and kind The room was super big and comfortable The swimming pool is nice The access to the lake is very nice as well, you can swim from there, they also pick you up there for the tours, etc.

Is like a 10 mins walk from the rooms to the lake Is hard to balance the hot and cold water in the shower And is a bit of a walk like at least 20/25 minutes to town

Great staff, quick to respond and super helpful. Bungalow was great and is in a good location - to the lake and also to a good restaurant 50m from the house. We booked for a reduced price and would recommemd this place to everyone :)
