Nice pool size, nice installations, good restaurants on the black pyramid restaurant which is definitely a recommendation rather than the blue wristband . For the price difference it is definitely worth it. Our wedding was amazing arranged by Stephany & Mariana. Highlight restaurants are Miramar, bites and the pyramid buffet & black sens is definitely worth going as only open Monday and Friday.

Toilets were not the best in public areas Taxis outside hotel are extremely rude and overpriced. Some of the staff are miserable and treat you bad especially if you ask for more than 1 drink. Everything finishes at 11pm , there is nothing open after this time, not even a sports bar.

It’s an older property, but very well maintained and manicured. The lawns were lush and green. The beach is fantastic. Soft white sand and gorgeous aqua-marine water. Plenty of beach loungers to relax and enjoy the abundant sunshine. There’s a bar with generous offerings and some premium liquors that’s fairly close to the beach, as well as the Hippie Chic food court with ceviches, hamburgers, and chicken wings. The dining halls have abundant choices for all sorts of appetites. Breakfast at Tun-Kal was amazing. There’s another food court near the pools serving pizzas, fries, tacos, burgers, and hot dogs. The check in process was effortless, and they even have champagne and small sandwiches in case you arrive famished. We were upgraded to a King Bed room with balcony, and it was very comfortable. After check out at noon, we did and a little shopping and returned to enjoy the resort until 6pm, as they suggested. We had more food and drinks to finish off a wonderful one-night stay.

The pillows are enormous and super hard. Some softer pillows would have made sleeping more comfortable. The air conditioning consistently cooled the room to 21.5° instead of the 23° set point, so we ended up turning it off when it was too cold. The chicken wings at Hippie Chic were incredibly salty, but no complaints about the dining choices.

This was our second time staying there. We came back for the value for your money. The location of the resort on the ocean is amazing. The water is always so beautiful and blue. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We ate from the buffet twice a day and also took advantage of their delicious snack stations throughout the property. The entertainment is on point and music is always playing. The sprawling pool is one of our favorite parts, too. The kids enjoyed it so much!

I took a decent amount of time to complete the online check-in link they provided me, took multiple pictures of passports and everything for six people. When I arrived, they told me that there’s no permission for that and they still had to do everything. I felt like I wasted my time.

The overall resort was excellent. The cleaning staff, bar tenders, wait staff were great. The landscaping exceeded expectations. Beautiful. Best food are the steaks and Hacienda Sarape.

The check-in process was really slow and then very confusing because we booked using a third party that said it was paid but it wasn't so we had to take the time and difficulty to figure that out. The room was ok... food was ok, except the steaks and Hacienda Sarape were amazing. The process to get a restaurant reservation was the most cumbersome of any resort we have ever stayed at and was never explained.

I loved the resort and the beach was so beautiful that is looked fake! There were always available tree hammocks, and the pool was unbelieveable however I'm still paying the price for one day at the pool, BAD SUNBURN! Please don't just bring sunblock but put it on! My wife packed over a dozen different sunblocks and she put some on but stupid me wanted to get some sun at the pool! That sun exposure will sneak up on you! Walk all around the resort first day so you can familiarize yourself with everything and enjoy your stay! We went to the Cenote and Senior Frogs for our highlight days! I loved the Ceviche!

Lots of the things to do and places to eat were for the pyramid only folks not grand oasis people! We didn't know that the one resort had 2-sets of places to go to eat and activities, I assure you if I had known this I would have booked the pyramid, they had the cool spots. The buffet was OK, make sure you book the reservation only restaurants your first day they are much better. This place is what you make it, so make it great!

The facility is huge with an enormous swimming pool. The buffet has good and varied food. There’s party every day inside the hotel. It has direct access to the beach. And there are dedicated people to help you book tours.

If you don’t like parties too much, then this is probably not the place for you. Even though the party section is separate from the rest, there are drunk people everywhere. There are hundreds of chairs next to the pool. But getting one is not easy. People just pick one early in the morning and leave their stuff for the entire day even if they won’t be there for hours. We couldn’t get reservations for the special restaurants in the building since they were fully booked during our entire stay (we asked just after arriving but everything was booked). But the buffet is great anyways

We really loved the all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon. The room was lovely and so was the staff. The surrounding beach was absolutely stunning and there was various food options. The staff were more than happy to provide assistance when needed.

Some of the rooms are a bit outdated and could do with renovations. The AC in our room didn't work in the middle of 30degrees as well as the toilet was broken. Luckily the staff helped helped as much as they could.

All the staff members here were all so lovely and provided excellent service. In particular Juan who is the bartender at the Gecko bar was super friendly, had excellent customer service and made the best drinks! All the food at the restaurants I tried were amazing. The daily shows and entertainment was spectacular along with the stunning beaches/pools that Grand Oasis offers. I highly recommend this place. When you arrive stop by Gecko bar and Juan will make you any amazing drink. Each cocktail just gets better and better.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Huge venue, lots of activities and the pools were great.

Food, was very little American simple foods. Felt like if we wanted a nice meal it was reserve it 24 hours in advance, the street food section (pizza, burger, chicken, tacos) was good but Hot outside, greasy and felt kind of dirty. The buffets were both international food- which was very random selections, needed to have item names on Everything. Nothing specifically said for allergies either. (Gluten free, nuts, fish, etc) - would be nice to have better color coding on Restaurant Doors. Blue Door for Grand Oasis bands, and a Black Door for black bands. Was very tough to keep looking at the map to see if we could eat at places. Not easy to navigate as Americans.
