The room with a view was nice.. the resort was reasonable.. Adult pool area was nice.

Schedule process for restaurants... Unacceptable that customers should have to waste time every day to in attempt to get dinner reservations at on-site All-Inclusive restaurants via there manual reservation process. There is an average 1 hour during every day that all food locations are closed - why? - Limited lounge / pool chairs in all areas of the resort, by pools, on beach area.. unacceptable that people are allowed lay a towel on a chair and then not be around for hours.. - If you are not at the chair, the chair should be available to use.

The hotel is nice, the food is ok needs maybe more variety but its ok for what you pay.

The people trying to get you to become a member they look for you all the time even when you said no. I don’t like to be rude so I choose to walk through another door trying to avoid them. They need to figure out that you go to rest and especially if you have kids if you said no it’s no.

The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the hotel itself was amazing. Amazing beach and pools.

So we were promised all of this free stuff. Received none of it. They will nag and nag and nag you into joining their vacation club. We were told that if we went through the process, we would receive all of this free stuff. We did our part and got nothing. And get this! Every night from 9pm to 11pm they play extremely loud music. Try and sleep with that.

Great food. Lots of choices. Room pretty. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Nice pools, grounds.

Concierge tried several times to get us to a sales presentation.

Room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were all lovely and friendly, the bartenders were great especially at the pool bars. Gregorio at the El Jardin snack bar was an incredible server!

Very limited shaded areas in the adult pool area unless you paid 200usd per day for a cabana. They need some more umbrellas in that area as everyone was getting very sunburned.

Food was excellent. Staff were friendly & excellent.

There is DEFINITELY not sufficient lounge chairs and lounge chairs with shade. The only way we could ensure we could have a lounge chair at the pool with shade, was to get up every morning no later than 6:00 AM and put towels to save them. As a result, lounge chairs are then held using towels for the whole day. This was incredibly frustrating - the hotel should more than double the number of palapas with lounge chairs at both the adult and family pools and on the beach.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with great food and comfortable rooms. However, one significant drawback was the lack of available shade on the hotel grounds. The shortage of umbrellas made it incredibly challenging to find a shaded spot, which was quite disappointing, especially when trying to escape the sun. Despite this issue, the Italian restaurant stood out as a highlight, and the beach and sea views were truly wonderful. The air conditioning in my room could use improvement, as it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot nights. In the future, I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure an even more enjoyable stay for guests.

I stayed at the hotel recently and wanted to share my feedback. One aspect that disappointed me was the limited number of beach umbrellas and loungers. For a hotel of this caliber, there should have been at least 30 more umbrellas and a minimum of 60 loungers available. We had to get up and take sunbeds on the beach at 6 a.m. Agree, this is not the time on vacation when you want to wake up.Well, if we didn't do that, we'd burn out completely. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning well. It seemed to be quite old, and with the roof heating up, the room became unbearably hot at night.

The location is great. We enjoyed sitting at the balcony watching the sun rising from the sea. Very quiet place, no noise from any parties. The gym is spacious and well equipped. We tried yoga and beach volleyball looked fun. It seemed to be low season so there were enough sunbeds both at the pool area and at the beach. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a lot of fun playing in the waves, but if you prefer swimming in calm water this is not the place/time. The Asian restaurant was very nice, liked decoration and layout.

The food at buffet place was average. Two a la carte restaurants were better, especially for dinner, but took close to 2 hours to finish the meal. Some waiters made inappropriate comments that they probably considered fun jokes. The room furniture and electric sockets were outdated. One of the cabinets had a broken door. We asked to fix it and a guy promptly came and did something, but after two days the door was broken again. Had to be very careful closing it. Some bed lights also didn't work. At the beach there were sometimes a lot of seaweed. Didn't stop us from swimming.

The hotel is truly beautiful, and it looks like it's been recently renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. Our room was wonderfully spacious and incredibly comfortable. We also really appreciated how it was perfectly cleaned every single day. The food throughout our stay was consistently delicious and fresh. A special highlight was the breakfast at your Italian restaurant; it was simply amazing! We really enjoyed every meal. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding support we received from Sarah. Having her direct contact in case we had any questions or needed anything was such a thoughtful touch. Sarah was extremely supportive, went out of her way to share daily event details, and provided excellent hints to improve our stay. Her assistance truly enhanced our experience.

Everything was centrally located around the swimming pool area. Very convenient.

One of the specialty restaurants was under staffed so we had to wait awhile for our food. However, the food was excellent. We would see some If the employees in the morning at the breakfast buffet, then in other areas at 9:00-10:00pm at night. More than 12 hours per day?! Still they were working hard at a fast pace. Like cruise ship workers, we wondered if the employees have any rights. We met many great employees with good attitudes.
