The customer service was great! The employees were very courteous and friendly. Facilities were clean and in order. The ambience in the room creates a nice, relaxing scene. Would definitely recommend if you're getting away from the hustle and bustle and just wanna unplug and unwind.

The wifi signal was very poor in the room. We could only get a decent signal in the pool area. Would also recommend that they get one or two English speaking employees and add a mini fridge to each room. That's a good amenity to have and a standard at most hotels we've visited.

The pool was dirty, the walls in the room were dirty too, the menu in the restaurant was only in spanish and the receptionists spoke only spanish and gave an attitude when we asked if she spoke english. Some were helpful with google translater, some not. You need to sign documents that are also only in spanish. There was no effort to help translate what was on the paper. The check out time on Booking showed 1 pm, but it is actually at 12pm.

I loved the customer service. Great welcome team. The staff were very helpful from arrival to departure. They even allowed us to enjoy the pool facilities after check out time. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent for our planned activities. Highly recommend.

Staff was exceptionally polite and very helpful. Location easy to find and get around. They let us leave our car there when we went away on water taxi to San Pedro for a week since we were coming back to stay with them! Definitely will come back for a stay and recommend to our friends and family!

The restaurant served an amazing breakfast. The location was only a few blocks from the malecon.

Our room was near the elevator and it made a lot of noise making it tough to sleep at night with all the clunking noises.

Had a little issue with the toilet, it but wasn't a big deal.

The Staff is super attentive and helpful. The room is comfortable and has more things than needed. The food is excellent at affordable price!!!

The rooms were nice and clean. It was relatively close to the center of Chetumal, so we could move around easily. The beds were firm.

The AC did not cool fully. The pillows were not soft enough, and they could have offered more pillows.

It stated pay when you arrived, BUT kept receiving notifications to pay or else rooms will be released to public even though we contacted them with ETA

We used this hotel after returning from Caye Caulker for 1 night. Ideally situated from the ferry terminal. Nice clean hotel.
